Inhumane
Because of the piece that went missing when a life was taken
This is quite a disturbing tour of hell being lived by this woman
There is no longer peace
Sooner or later everyone's name will be called when their time is up.
As the restless spirit wanders
The hidden wounds can last a lifetime
If only those who do this harm to others can realise the pain caused
Unfortunately these wounds go beyond the physical ones

My One & Only
A true lady
Someone with high standards and good morals
But also a kind and caring lover
A person with no need for too many words
Who can make all the right moves and hit every note
Perfectly
Even without making a sound
Cheeky
Challenging
It doesn't matter
Solitude is her strongest weapon
Although not easily angered but she can make you feel the pain
With so many methods of meting out punishment
Only one option remains
That of forgiveness
Even when at her worst her beauty never diminishes

Forbidden
Most people have always been taught to fear the dark rather than to embrace it
In the modern day this causes controversy
Some no longer even desire to ponder upon
For it is still considered forbidden
As fear even keeps kindred spirits hidden
Those black hands touching that white skin
No surprise when the rules originate from a male stale pale source
Wielding this cruel callous authority in places far and wide
Showing boundless love to the near and dear
Whose natural masks from birth they wear ever so clear
Unbelievably true some may say ...

Some Are More Equal Than Others
Use them or lose them
Some may consider choosing
Faced with those who don't care
But are always ready to sneer
At any thought of disagreement that always ends in cheering
When peace is found between battling factions
Each side jostling for an outcome favourable to their position
They use their contacts to connect them to those contracts
In those clubs live selected tribes
Whose payments are mostly made in kind
Where one good turn deserves another
But what happens when one doesn't belong
As there is no entry for many but for some ...

In waves of sound that carry with it mixed emotions
Taking you on a journey floating on waves that travel afar
Now is not the time for disputes quarreling over uncertain matters
There needs to be a pattern culminating in change for the better
In striving for tomorrow far different from yesterday
To be able to live in sustainable harmony today
Carrying the expansiveness of thought unmasked with pretense
Never attempting to manipulate the truth with alternative facts
But making an opportunity to perform
A place that is of service to inform ...

Guilty In Love
One person in love with two people
Some may say that is quite a great headache to have
Whoever you choose someone always gets hurt
The heart that loves genuinely
May find it difficult to let go of the person they love
It is in accepting the choice that the other has made
When allowing them to have the freedom to live without them
By acknowledging that decision true love shines through

Mother
No woman can make a house into a home
Better than a mother’s love
It is the greatest love under the heavens
No matter how many times you fall
A mother is always there to pick you up
She cares and does her best
So that you can be who you were meant to be
When the world forsakes you
She still stands by your side
Pleading your innocence in whatever trials and tribulations
There is no warmer
Comforting serene love
Lingering with its scent
Even in her absence
Like the unconditional love of my mother
By missing it...

Gathering Stormy Clouds
Short sharp penetrating inscription
Nature putting the world on notice
Condensed punchy spot on
The truth in this is not over or anywhere near the end
This builds up at the beginning leading up to a point then the twist that brings a surprise ending
It is still going to happen again
The plan was executed perfectly to hit with the element of a surprise attack
