One that I loved
One that I cared for
One the I wasted time for
Yet you went back to old ways
And back to your old days
Just to forget about the ones that tried
One that you accepted
The one that threw his heart towards you
Only for it to be tossed back in two

I am one who seems to have it all
But yet I cannot get even a drop
Most think that I am open
But in reality I am always closed
I shelter and fear for what they will think
Even though most will not judge
I am the one who seems happiest
Yet at last it is only a simple mask
Very few times where I am totally at rest
But those are the times I cherish
For they are a few between far
And make my life a little more complete
Yet there will always be a void that may never be filled
And if it is, it will only be ice
For it will be on a warm summers...
