Nightmare
Last night I had a nightmare,
a nightmare I could not bear.
They took me like they did you,
and there was nothing I could do.
No one knew they were coming,
how awful the world was becoming
We stayed where we are
as we had no where to go afar
But I got a sense they were approaching.
Our home
they were soon encroaching
They charged in with machine guns
A million possibilities flashed past my mind
Fear is all I had felt
and it swallowed me from inside.
Clutching on to my father’s hand
I fulfilled their...

This is the room
Just another bedroom
Four plain white walls
Posters hung on the door
This is the room
Where he spends all his time
Where dreams come alive
Reality dies
When will it end?

He sits and cries
He tries and he tries
Oh how he tries

Misinterpretation
The divide keeps me in place
why do I try to create space
when she requires my full permission
my life is full of strange addictions
can't stop thinking, full of contradiction
Misinterpretations, story of my life
focusing on troubles and strife
no reason to keep
no inner peace
scatter some flowers
like it's my grave
stay in the past, reject modern times
I sink when my eyes aren't open wide
burden to think, no actions are needed
struggle to survive, I sit and I cry
can't think of any reasons why

Welcome to the dawn of a new age
Open up the book and turn the page
Excelling to a higher degree
Understanding the evolution of humanity
Back on track

This is my exit from reality
Things ain't what they seem to be
Nothing feels the same to me
Everything looks new to me
We were there
But now we're here

No one knows we're here

Dying Rose
I’ve never come to understand your rage
It seems to me you’re trapped in a cage
We all suffered the penalties under the same roof
bear our own scars that shows the proof
Some scars heal over time
Yours remain in its original prime
Angry and cold, you shut the world out
Every time you speak, you only shout
You build a wall and shut yourself in
Reasoning with you, no one can win.
Nobody can win
people build walls as a form of defense
twenty-four hours in strict offense
If anyone dares come close to you ...
