You fell into my world
Like a leaf falls from a tree
I stood there always watching
Hoping you would fall for me
You floated on the breeze
Falling slowly down
I ran fast towards you
To keep you off the ground
When you touched my skin
You were so soft and brittle
I looked at you and wondered
It must have hurt a little
You had fell from heaven
And that is no mere drop
I was happy to have caught you
If not would you have fell non stop
Now that you are in my arms
I mean you no harm

Brief in the early mornings light

Each day you seek to improve, the gears in your head churning.
Little do you know the skills you have in tow.
Its students like you who will one day save the world, leaving it's dark corners to slowly unfurl.

In our world beneath the stars
I wish we could stay forever
Away from the bustling cars
Holding you in my arms

Mesmerized by your charms
You quell my inner fighter

With knowledge comes power
Ignorance bliss
Knowing what could happen causes you to prepare for the worst
Ignorance allows for a worrisome free life, blissful ignorance
Sometimes being protected is the safest route to take
However ignorance provides a happier life
Plan for the unknown, or take life a step at a time
Life is too short to remain plagued by what if
Pity to those who are plagued with a rich imagination
For their thoughts manifest into their greatest adversaries
