3 white feathers
I followed you through the light
For a brief moment I lost all sight
Here we are fishing white river
Hope i can be half the man and caregiver
Talked in the voice before all the pain
I listened like a kid the knowledge i gain
I gained all i am from you
Thank you grandpa all you were and do
Before i awoke we hugged and cried
You was the one taught honor and pride
I sat up in bed outside beautiful weather
Next to my fishing gear sat three white feathers

Just my view
The world isn't the same
Younger generation is to blame
Is it really we failed you
Each has opinions on what is true
Technology can take the guilt
Though it does the thing for it was built
We keep passing our shame
Its someone else leave out my name
No sin today is different than then
History repeats its self time and again
We have accessibility to do more
Yet we continue just as before
Cant point a finger get way more back
Isn't whos fault!! how to correct that

Dogs of War
Moments in life seem void of light
Cry out for help with all our might
Moments it seems we loose all sight
Like no way we will ever get it right
Even tending to our basic needs a fight
Life puts us in some moments by force
No sympathy or remorse
Drops us off leaves us to take course
All good is seeming gone and no source
I've held brothers and sisters shaking
Pain how their hearts were quaking
More evil seemed all we were making
Life came greedy hand still taking
Get back to the things in their world

Sigrud and Mael
Two men hated each other
They met to bring an end to one another
They swung swords in fight
One lost his head to prove the others might
He tied the mans head to his side
During his trip home the head gazed his thigh
Now he lay with terrible complexion
Deep in his leg set up a horrible infection
In the fight one lost his head
They both lost that day cause now their both dead

Clean up
We need find better ways to save earth
Take time to show the kids her worth
Mom always said treated like yours
We also had to earn it through chores
If i got good boots i had to keepem up
Learn to iron my shirts enough
If I take this care of what i own
Makes sense to keep up my home
So why cut or take more than i need
How does life proceed
I love sitting next to a flowing stream
Ride a horse in the valley is a dream
How can you live like you dont care
Even if your selfish you breath the air

We live on opposite sides of the ocean
Both seen the dark side of the world
We have cried together had alot of fun
Dont get angry listen to your girl
Brother ive never been afraid to fight
Stood by you even death had our names
Yet we pulled through night after night
No one else knows our claims
Im here now soldier up

Other addictions
Drugs come in many forms
But at this moment I'll more reflect
We all find ways to ride out the storms
Fear something will reject
My kids are my drug
I can't live without
I need those butterfly kisses and hug
An addiction I assure you no doubt
I can be angry at the things of the day
In that moment it all goes away
To listen to th many things they say
To all the heartfelt games we play
You can argue how its not a drug to me

The world wants to hate me

I was born a beast, prepare your soul for the feast. Can't kill me off im a worldly disease. Go where i want do as I please.
