The Seeds of Time
The seeds of time have been planted
But yet they seem to not have grown
with all this time spent waiting
and still I am alone
Patience has come easy for me
for I could wait all my life
Even though your love has torn me
as it feels just like a knife
Courage has formed inside me
As I fight to keep this dream alive
and in my dreams the door opens
but you never come inside
My tears have slowly faded
as I try to stand on my own
But my heart has broken slowly
since you left me all alone

The thunder echoes through my mind

The Tide
The tide is coming in
and the waves
shift me to the ground
Besides the echo of the ocean my cries are the only sound
My state of mind is like the seagulls
Flying high above the shore
Drifting away I loose sense of reality
and inside I'm growing weak

Useless
Reflections in the mirror
Shawdows on the wall
And in my mind
voices call
The night is cold and dark
As the snow falls to the ground
I'm searching for the answers
That have not yet been found
My mind is clear and wondering
My lips are soft and still
My eyes are tired and weary
As I shed another tear
All of my life I have been alone
My breath is lifeless
as I quietly sigh
I take a deep breath
and try not to cry
I can't explain the way I feel
Shawdows on the wall
And in my mind

The night is cold and dark

Silence In The Air
There is a cold breeze in the air tonight
I feel numb, even inside my heart
It's like all the warmth and love once felt
has frozen and broken apart
There is a tear in my eye
that the midst shines upon
there is a vision in that tear
of all the things now gone
As it falls down my cheek
it freezes along the way
numbing my mouth
so I have nothing more to say
The emptyness felt now
I had felt long ago
I wonder if I've learned the things
that I really need to know
Is this the way it's meant to be?...

Flowers
If I were to die tonight
what a horrible place I'd be
with all this pain inside my heart
darkness is all I see
Sometimes I feel
like I'm already gone
since loosing all I've known
left searching through the dirt
for the seeds that I have sown
