You loved me so deeply but caved in so quickly,
And made me run away so indefensibly.
I need you like a flower needs water and sunshine to grow,
I need you with me where ever I go ...
I just wanted to be accepted and loved unconditionally
But you let the words talk in your head and saw someone who isn't me instead.
You are my person, you are my love,
You are the person who knows me all...
I was so scared of losing you, so damn scared.
I said I'd leave you anyways but fuck I knew I'd always stay.
...

Starts and Ends
As She sat with them for the first time in three days,
She was asked about her whereabouts.
With a deep sigh, She simply replied,
"I was taking a break.
So much is going on right now.
So many bitter endings and so many hard starts.
But Life continues to be beautiful,
Life IS beautiful
And that's why sometimes you need
to take a step back and see.
Or else you'll live within this beautiful life
with tired, stress filled eyes.
And leave yourself at the ends
and lose yourself at the starts"

You Are
You are the hot summer sun,
Bringing me warmth on the days I feel numb.
You are the blooming spring flowers,
Painting my days with bright multiple colors.
You are the Falling autumn leaves,
Reminding me, when we fall we can still achieve.
You are the howling winter winds,
Eroding my worries and pains thin.
You are my eveything.

The butterflies
Asleep he lies next to me breathing softly
With his arm resting on my waist
With his hair wild and out of place
He awakens as I caress his cheek
Feeling the stubble on my fingertips.
A smile spreads on his lips.
Without a word he moves in close
To give me a quick sleepy peck
And i inch closer to bury
My face on his neck
I feel his warmth and his pulse.
I smile thanking the world for his sweet face
And for the rapidly fluttering butterflies filling our space.

Realization
And just now I have come to realize
that our love was not measured By your slow and deep thrusts;
Nor was it measured by the amount of times you sighed my name into the aroused air.
And that our love was not felt by our hands that eagerly raced on every inch of damp skin;
Nor was it felt in the tangled up blue bedsheets thrown on your bedroom floor.
And that our love never saw a touch of sincerity, only ones of desire, within those four walls;
Nor did it see impassioned looks as we watched our bodies climax in ecstasy.
And that our love...

The secret
Secrets are not to be told,
facial expressions are to be controlled.
The stutters in the voice kept at a tempo of peace
and hands kept from shaking, kept at ease.
Looking straight into the eyes of all that see,
Not blinking more than once, keeping it quiet,
As how it should be.

Headaches
You'd come and leave
Like my morning headaches.
You'd always bring a
Barely tolerable throbbing pain,
Fighting to stay, no matter
How many pills I'd take.
Then suddenly you'd leave,
Giving me a strange relief
And finally the ability to breathe.

I Was There
I was there.
It was beautiful,
the water glowed,
the people roared,
but I still felt alone.

It looked amazing,
the stars sparkled,
the people touched,
but I stood by only to watch.

As you leave...
The Love that stood so strong by our sides,
Slowly begins to crack as I discover you feel it no more.
Happiness, who held my smile,
Loses grip, and let's it turn into a frown.
Those words, as deadly as bullets, hit me, and knock me out.
And Your steps that once eagerly walked to me,
Now from me, walk away.
I Weep and fall to the floor for you,
Someone who I never knew or loved before.
But yet, My throat swells up,
leaving me no air or words to speak.
I feel the pain throughout me,
As it all comes back to me.
I remember it all, ...

I love you more everyday.
I love you more than the sun that illuminates the day.
I love you more with every promise we make.
I love you more with each breathe I take.
I need you here and now.
I need you to keep your vow.
I need you to stay .
I need you to make everything okay.
I want you to press your lips against mines.
I want you to hold me close, and fill me with your essence.
I want you to know how much you mean to me.
I want you to tell me...

You two laid back on the grass
I saw you as you held her hand
Smiled at her like she was the most
beautiful person in the world
you kissed her pink lips
you hugged her around her small waist
and touched her hair
you mouthed the words ''i love you'' to her
and smiled as she said them back.

I know you still love her
In your eyes I see your pain
I see how hard it is for you to forget
I can feel how you struggle trying to be sane
While your being tortured by her hallucination
I know you picture her and you with Every kiss we share
I know you wish it was her standing there
The taste of my lips are foreign to you
And you search for her sweet flavor
With every hug, I see how much you miss her
You hug me tightly but I know your trying to remember how she felt in your arms
Im fine with Holding hands even though for you, her hand is something I can't replace
