Children in the Attic
a cold December morning
the children went a packin'
black of night fades to grey
my sunshine is blue
empty inside
empty room
empty house
silence screams at only me
driving me mad
they talk to me
writing love letters on the wall
hearts in crayon
I didn't see it at first
the sounds of the heart
when I hear 'Ma'
I know that sound well
letters of love
my children in the attic

Flamingos of Fixation
flamingos drizzle
hit and run frost
hugs of hue
iced honey
insecurities swirl
crowded streets driven by insanity
pause to inspire breath
verbose doubt
grey flash of light
tight closed lips
overheard the embraces
size the situation
superficial research
foreshadows conceived
lifeless fixation

My one wish was to be understood
Stab my heart good
Nev'r again saw
Heart to nev'r thaw
Took your heart on a bet of win
This love is sin
I can't hold you
A love so true
With him, he took my heart and soul
Love made me whole
He did not wait
You left the state

empty inside
Today was a cold day
not just out --
but between these block walls
runs a chill straight to the bone
I can't do anything.....
I can't say anything.....
but stare at the screen
I keep reaching for cloud-nine
vaguely in my grasp
Should I feel happy?
when now all I feel is empty inside
I am cold and numb
can't think --
Cloudy visions sweep through my core
back to basics
one and one
It's a fine line
between happy and content

Detonation of Wonderland
It's just a fun game
get together
been a while
Poor people
scared of living
making an interesting point
Booby trap
can't walk out
make an attempt
A powerful disadvantage
Switching pieces of you
just a pinch
Hammer results
fine as you can
Beautiful bang!
falling fast down the rainbow
when you stop, explode
