Bittersweet
I was cotton candy
sugary and sweet
until you dropped me
shattering my pastel dreams
left with
crimson nightmares
and missing strings
I became
bittersweet
that odd taste
you know
the one
left behind your teeth
every time you smoke a blunt
in hope of forgetting me

MISCELLANEOUS POEM

Sheets of Lonely
sometimes I hug the covers close to my chest
and put pillows around me
to fill the empty space
at night
I stretch far and wide
hoping to catch some form of
warm flesh
but I always end up with mounds
of cotton sheets
held tightly in my fists
when morning comes
I lay still
staring at the white walls
empty of color
of life
the sun shines through my window
but I can never feel its warmth
or welcome its rise
because I know
eventually it will set
and ill be once again
back
alone
in my big
cold ...
and put pillows around me

Psychedelic Love
He made me come
In shades
Each one
More intense
Than the last
Vibrant colors
Run down
My inner thighs
As my fingers dance
Beautiful hues
Of purple
And blue
Surround us
Like heavy streams
His love
Was powerful
His touch
Caused vibrations
To lick across my skin
Until there was only pleasure
Not me
Not him
Just wave
After wave
Of incredible
Bliss

Layers
scissors
cut through most
all but skin
I have tried
over
and over
again
tracks of shame
left against
golden fields
mingled with
shame
and thoughts
of
what could have been
for hours
I snip
layer
after layer
but they grow back
until im covered
in pounds
of heavy denial
sometimes
I look at my reflection

how much can I hold

I become nothing

Give Me Pain
pain is pleasure
its real
its raw
its honest
pain can cut deep
can leave burns
and dreams
that float around you in your sleep
pain can comfort
pain comes in many forms
some more welcoming than others
pain can be as simple as
"yes, sir"
and as intense as
"no, sir"
but whats beautiful about pain
the degree
the height
the form
demands to be felt
its real
its raw

Inhale, Exhale
his essence
heavy like smoke
surrounds me
sticking to my body
coating my lungs
with toxicity
but I continue
to take him between my lips
