I remember you
I remember when you
were the sun and
I was the moon
reflecting the light
of your love
As it cascaded down around me
giving me an Orange hue
Causing the tides...
Even the tides to roll in
and gently lap at my feet
Cooling the heat of me
From you...
I remember you Long Strong
And Tall caressing me
Under the stars
as you called to the heavans
Requesting the angels presence
As you declared your Love for me
I remember you ...
In Indigo Hues...Of the deepest
Blues Ive ever seen
Washing over me
Endlessly as I...
were the sun and

Mantra
Letting Go
Of a past barely worth
remembering except
for It's life lessons
As I continue stepping
Over old stones ...
Following my karmaic direction
As the mirror of my soul
offers me a peaceful reflection
As I look further into me
I realize that my past IS the
bridge to my destiny.
My new Mantra is
Inside I must be free
Inside I must be free
Learning how to let go
Of the painful parts of me
The tainted parts of me
That once held me prisoner

Protectin the realm that I live in
Im Tried and True Lookin out

The Need
This world...
Is a noisy ball of confusion
and I dont want to ...
hear it anymore
Thats why...I need you
So ...come in ...and
Shut... The Door
I need you to run a bath
for me...wash my Locks
and soak my feet
Then I need you to get in
Behind me
So we can soak together
and float together
Cause you...
Make me feel light
as a feather
No more burdens
on my shoulders
I just need you to hold

There Eyes Were Watching
In the back..
Of a dark black alley
My life changed...
Completely
He kicked me..
He bit me...
He punched me
I couldnt believe
This was coming from someone
Who used to love me
As My tears they fell
Like Black Rain

Like Black Diamonds
From my eyes
Mixing with my blood
As it dried
across my face
and I ran
I ran down that dark black alley
I ran past the church where
God's children were having

I screamed...but they kept singing ...

Red High Heels
Tonight...I feel like
Letting my alter ego free
A Goddis in a Leather Bodice
Is who she be...
I like to call her Sugar..
cause her lovin is so sweet
and when I let her out
she likes Red High Heels
on her feet...
With legs shaved and toned
Sugar can carry her own
She can make a grown man cry
and a old man forget his name
and though many have tried..
Sugar just cant be tamed
inside her velvet purse
she keeps whipps and chains
Or a cat of nine tails
dependin on how she feels
But she's just not complete
Unless upon...

I am watching you...
as time stands still
and quiets my desperate soul
Your eyes guide me to where
You want my body to follow
and I am hopeless to fight this
Infact...Deep inside
I dont even think I want to.

are my pied piper..Luring me
with your smile
Seducing me with telepathic memories

The Journey of Life
Im walking...no more looking
behind me...
Im out here in the open
I want my destiny to find me
Im Done with running...
because I cant out run my past
It's time for me
to put the pieces back together
because this is the only
life I have.
Im done with crying...and living
my life in fear...cause the fact is
Im alive...Yes I am still here!!
Wounded I may be...
with scars that tell my tale
But I believe in me
So I know I CAN NOT FAIL
I am more than a survivor
I am a conqueror
Who was chosen
To overcome...
behind me...
Im out here in the open

Contantly improvin
On Life's Recipe
I wanna be your calm in the evenin
that keeps you believing
In the art of reciprosity

Your Liquid Sunshine..

Simply Divine...All the time...

Unto me....
By the power of 3
I summon thee........
I call you...
From the depths of the inner earth
where volcanoes molten lava burst
and deeper still
into the core
Of living waters where you'll
thirst no more
I call you....
from the four winds
North East West and South
and You will hear me call you
as these words leave my mouth
I call you from distant times
and from far reaching space
I call you until you materialize
Right before my face.
I call you by light of day
and by heart of...
By the power of 3

Mama's Baby
When You left me..
my life became more sinister
than a conference full
of baptist ministers
Because fostercare
Is just no place for any child
I still remember you...your face
serene....your eyes mild
as you whisked me up
and placed me on the steps of
that building...when I was 3
By nightfall...a janitor found me
as I lay sleeping...
Your sanity was seeping
slowly away...Into that
Netherworld that you..
A clinical Schizophrenic
Called home.
and there was not enough room
for me there with you...
Alas there...
