POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I've been writing for several years now and truly love it!
Time In The Blender
I open my mind,
I close my eyes,
I try to find,
Where the problem lies,
I render myself,
Into deep meditation,
And nothing helps,
But self medication.
Is it something within me?
My self control?
Or am I simply pretending,
That as a man I'm whole?
And why do I do this?
Why do I write?
I've got to get through this,
But I'm up all night,
Sitting in bed,
With a pillow in my face,
These thoughts in my head,
Thoughts of disgrace,
Thoughts of the good times,
Thoughts of the bad,

Gone are the days...
Gone are the days without bad perception,
We live in a world of maggots and deception,
A world where we feed off of fake idolization,
We bask in our breed of self degradation.
Gone are the days of honor and integrity,
We deceive to receive our honorable charity,
We stab the backs of our brothers,
We take from our mothers,
And rape the all the proceeds of truth and clarity.
Gone are the days of true satisfaction,
Or genuine responses without fake reaction,

A Spark Emits
My eyes are open,
Heart is cold,
Body broken,
Growing old,
My soul is faceless,
I lie here dying,
How can I face this,
Never crying,
"Open back up!"
I scream to the mirror,
At a face corrupt,
My ears can still hear her,
I look down the hallways,
Of an empty house,
It seems as always,
Without Devout.
A spark in me flutters,
It quickly dies,
Another one starts,
I close my eyes,
Hate begins,
Depression gone,
Self suppression,
And on and on,

Embrace Me.
"Embrace me,"
She says to me,
As I tremble down my spine,
I've never been a hugger,
But I hold onto what's mine.
I feel it,
It seems surreal,
So raw and so uncut,
To push away,
To push I may,
And fall back into my rut.
To fight through all the romance,
Straight to the task at hand,
This warped addiction,
Of self affliction,
Born by my own demand.
A wave,
An Inglorious shock,
This shockwave,
In my mind,
Cuts off my heart before it starts,
And renders her beauty blind.

This Pen.
I hit this pen onto this pad,
It begins to spill it's ink,
To find again some inspiration,
But hate is all I think.
And I know this won't be my demise,
And from these ashes I shall rise,
But it seems in time it never dies,
No it just goes on and on.
I bang my head through it's empty walls,
Yet I'm standing on the brink,
I fight through my exaggeration,
And through timeless time I sink,
And I hold this head, this head of mine,
This head of mine so high,
Then I shread these pages, pages torn,
These pages torn of mine....

I Give Up, For You Have Won
For the hearts that I have broken,
For the sins that I have done,
For all the mistakes that I have made,
I give up, for you have won.
For the ones who look down on me,
For the person I've become,
For letting myself and you all down,
I give up, for you have won.
For all the times that I have lied,
For the times I tried to be someone,
For all my days of broken ways,
I give up, for you have won.
For the ones who hold me back,
For the ones who tell me to run,
For the ones content with me hell sent,

Rain.
Sometimes the lack of sunshine can put a damper on your thoughts,
Today the sun was shining out, but my worried mind was not.
I reap the cold and bitter times, I hear them call my name,
I walk the lines on too many rhymes and I’m all my own to blame.
Sometimes I fight through the rain, I shield myself from all the pour,
I often travel too far from home, and get rained on all the more.
I hold the shield that gets me trapped, I get stuck all soaked in pain,
But I’m ready for days without sun rays, bring on all of your rain.

I Stare Back At A Man
I woke up while I stared in the mirror,
At a face that I liked to see,
I then broke down into sudden terror,
At the soul staring back at me.
I wiped off my smirk,
I put away my face,
As I washed my hands,
My heart started to race,
I’ve forgot who I am— How could’ve I done this?
How could’ve I let my self become this?
How could’ve I learned to love only myself?
I stare back at a man who loves no one else.
I hung up my towl in self reflection,
Of a heart that was void and free,

Torment To Me
Torment
Just because I have a heart,
U think you have the right,
Stupid things you do to me,
These stupid things that make us fight,
Killing all the love I give,
Invading me with hurt,
Leading me to painful breaking,
Laying in this dirt.
Many others try to find,
Eternal love that is refined,
But never do they find this love,
Even when asking the heavens above,
Forget I even cared,
Or acted like I’m scared,
Regret is here to stay,
Eternal love; there is no way.
I’d rather die alone,
...

Erase Me
Erase me from your brain,
I know that’s what you’ll do,
Forget about this love,
I‘ve got nothing left for you.
Things are really ending now,
I don’t know where it starts,
Probably cold and deep inside,
Somewhere in our hearts,
But none of this shit matters,
You just remind me how it is,
I hope you live a happy life,
I hope you’re glad you’re his,
So think about this stupid rhyme,
When ever you feel bad,
So It can remind you of a time,
You destroyed a heart one had,
And maybe that will cheer you up,
So you...

Kain: The Second Rule. 3.Visions
Out of the darkness there came a flash,
Light grew from dim to bright,
It quickly filled the endless void,
Like sunrise does to night,
Except this light was different,
It was something manufactured,
It was whiter than the whitest cloud,
As it flickered, broke and fractured,
And just in a moment it broke once more,
And peeled back onto it's self,
And in one spot in front of them,
It formed to greater wealth,
Like an instant caught in time,
It suddenly was gone,
And all the whitest light so...

Kain: The Second Rule. 2.Crimson
Fatigue set in and made him wary,
Kain clinched onto his steed,
For days he'd triumphed ever forward,
Never to stop — Going full speed,
He'd decided himself to go to Crimson,
The biggest town with richest fools,
To seek the man who caused his pain,
"The Bringer of The Second Rule."
The city now hugged the horizon,
It's walls within his grasp,
He could hear the echo of festival laughter,
Through the valley canyon cut in half.
He met the walls of the city scape,
And through the town he then did go,
Past the...
