Quick To Scream Your Failures But They Mumble Your Success
Up front...
Don't seek to be esteemed and adored
Gold stars fall off
They can keep the awards
Detrimental...
Small talk with achievements ignored!
Simpatico was called off
No reason abhorred...
Devilish
Still trying to find a problem with me
If you're busy chasing dreams then you would probably agree
But then again they may take this as a shot to compete
Instead of giving you advice they give a lot of critique
With bad intentions...
To dirty up your name and laugh at fiction
But the victim isn't you
They are in the sad position...

One Day You Will See
Lock stock and barrel
Nigh the cobblestone...
Small minds seek problems
Take the drama
Gone!
Nit picking...
My every action is probably wrong
According to the critics
I haven't asked to be coddled
So...
I don't really care
I see opinions as bottle notes
Drifting in the sea of the night
Lost souls seek shelter
Now
Can we be a light?
Unredeemed...
But I see there is freedom in Christ
I promise you I won't have trouble sleeping tonight
Stand strong even if you stand alone
Just the other day...
An abolitionist...

Society of trifling delusions
Oh...
What a casuistic cycle of confusion!
Crooked allocution
Contemptible acts...
People persecute you for giving them facts
It only constitutes to division and that's
A fundamental of religion...
Covert coalition with a large lie
Can't shine doing business on the dark side
Those snide intentions...
So to pullulate
Have a hard time swimming in a pool of snakes
Avant-garde mind visions...
I pursue a change
And I start my mission in the schools today
In the cruelest places... ...

I'll Never Be A Statistic
I could brandish weapons
Nickel plated triggers...
Talk crap and cause problems
Just to say I'm realer
Walk around with a bunch of cultivated killers
Screaming I'm a boss!
Looking down on those who ain't a dealer
Maybe figure I would party tonight...
Infiltrate the club and try to start up a fight
Poppa wasn't there so I'm departing from right
Now accepting senseless violence as a part of my life
A statistic...
Lost souls harboring resentment
There's a lot of things more important than our riches

Empty handed
Such embezzlement...
No bells no whistles no embellishment
Don't dwell on issues that we'll never fix
Mortified integrity
Sophistry is evident
Oy...
I need another way to make a dollar
Find a trade and try to double what I make tomorrow
I have a daughter and I want another place for mama
Jealousy does nothing for you
Only causes hate and sorrow

Only prayer can take away a problem

To rip apart the dream of a person who avoided the drama

A Better Day Will Come
Let's question the conduct
Our style of living
Removing God from the heart of our lives
So we can sin how we want to
And don't do what we know is right
I pray the Father's forgiven me if I go tonight
Why are they scheming?
I need a reason for all the bleeding...
I see
The leading are breathing demons and getting even
I hear
The screaming receiving treatment for teaching treason
Every evening
The streets were teeming with sensless beefing
Bullets sneaking
And people leaving with tires screeching
People grieving ...

Why They Hate You And Don't Know You
Referring to the judgemental...
I'd question myself...
How could people hate people they have never met?
How could people quote me on things I never said?
How are you unloyal if they'd never gave a chance?
How are people for you if they keep you out their plans?
That's confusing...
We've never shared a word in my life
Somewhere along the line...
What you heard wasn't right
You don't even know me
So how could they judge?
Have we ever spoken?
Not even once...
God knows my heart
I stay to myself ...
I'd question myself...

Get a fleet to the shore!
This is squadron eight-two and we need a report
Private Riley take two!
Robby's bleeding some more!
Where is the medic?
Wrap a gauze around it to protect it
You have to stop the bleeding...
I don't want to get infected!
At this point...
Now Robby was determined to live
He'd never saw a body but was learning to deal
Everytime he turned around
Another soldier was killed
Then he thought about the veterans..

Just look and listen to people
A situation like ants blitzing a beetle
So called friends are addicted to evil

I Am Only Human
I make mistakes
The same as the next
I spend the quiet time contemplating regrets
I have a lot to learn
I stay under stress
At times I'm optimistic
Other days I'm depressed
I need a helping hand
Pride is a beast
Still no better than a homeless guy on the streets
I'm not a perfect person
I didn't have it all
And I was cool with writing but not in basketball
Feeling unaccepted
I didn't have applause
You haven't felt a pain if they hadn't laughed at yall
My mother's really sick
So many emotions...
Some are...
The same as the next

Pay attention!
Hip hop changed quick
Talk about the same thing and still make hits
Take away the spiritual
For they became rich
Back then it was lyrical
And it made sense
Where is the originality it came with?

Individuality has faded
Everybody sounds the same
Brag about their women count and chains
A man would lose his soul just to gain the world in vain
Such a shame man
When did extra instruments come?
I'm old school
All I need is bass, piano and drums
Hip hop lost identity
Most people don't notice
