POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I love to write poetry more than anything in the world. I even break my heart at times to see what words I can generate. I want to inspire deeper feelings. I write religious topics and pagan mythology along with violent happiness and depressed titillation
Sensei-Sama
Arigatou, sensei-sama, for giving me to knowledge,
for teaching me the way of the Buddha
and for soothing the flame of my ambitions
so now it burns softer not suppressing the logic of mind.
In sensei-sama’s kyoushitsu under the engineered timeless domestic suns,
ideologies danced balletically into my ears
and rode the rhythms of neuron receptors
until the memory web was fastened tight.
Falling sakura of virgin pink—
the new things you’d present before my archaic winter eyes.

Reclaiming Desire
I don’t know what to achieve with romance.
I guess it’ll just rot away.
I no longer chase it like I once did.
I guess I’ll just give it away.
I’m happier now than I used to be

because there was a day when I wasn’t serious enough
and the retinal rods withdrew their perception of light and shadow
so that all I saw was color when the sun flashed.
Never again will I be lost without perception of form.
Though life...

Girl of Hidden Night
Girl of modesty, girl of hidden night,
you remove your day’s clothes, feeling sexy,
confiding only with mirror the sight
of your arms, long legs, and fertile body.
At late you hug your soft breasts of sweet dreams
drank by your flowered lips of honeycomb.
Your abdomen’s button is cup to streams
of sacred desire. Long hair shades your dome.
Precious girl—again a fresh naked child
free as you bathe, as you study your form
and observe your womanhood in curves wild
and all gained when blew fertility’s storm.
You let the running...
