Every day when I take my walk
I hear this bird that tries to talk.

He perches high up in a tree
As though he’s waiting there for me.

I leave the house, and when we meet
He always greets me with “Tweet, Tweet”.

Someday you might see this bird
Who tries so hard to say a word.

Just say “Hello” when you go by.
Don’t be surprised if the bird says “HI”.

My good friend fell in the sand,
Got fire ants on his ass.
A unique way to get ‘em off,
He passed a lot of gas!
