Grey Dark Soul
Today is grey
weakness of the mind they say
I say they should mind their own business
who the fuck are they to tell me
the affairs of my mind
that's my personal space
sure I may retreat deep within
it is there I feel safe
my sanctuary
this world does not understand me
deeper still is the place
where my empathy goes
I may not full understand
but I see the pain in your eyes
that touches my soul
I try and share the goodness

Self Minded Asylum
There is a demon of stray thoughts, living in my head
perfectly fine sometimes, rest comes before sunrise
sometimes he invites his brothers in
they bombard me
an avalanche of thoughts
arguments about who knows what
I am lost now
they steer my thoughts
tangents thinking contemplating
debating *arguing*
never ending thoughts
I scream
plead
cry
to no avail
I am a prisoner here
relegated to the corner of my mind
perfectly fine sometimes, rest comes before sunrise
sometimes he invites his brothers in

Going out of my mind, life's a bitch
Like a junkie trying to cure the itch
No escape from this shit hole
Out to find the devil to sell my soul
Turned to the lord fucking useless cunt wept
Blade runner shot the bitch while she slept
Took to drugs like water to a duck
Don't look at me like that you hypocritical fuck
Flick flick time to spark up the bick
I just bought THC in a stick
Man that's old school sick

Screaming At Shadows
Time has long since left you to rot in the ashes
A satirical footnote
What did you hope to gain here
Nothing good could ever come from this
The black hole consumes us all
The light that we hold
Hope never escapes
Drained now your soul weeps
Painful endeavours chased in vain
A lesson never learned
Even when spoon fed the obvious
You still couldn't seal the deal
So simple the task
Caste out now the future
Bleakly holds no insight
What is left to be said?
So easy to fuck yourself up

Wither
I have given my all tried my best despite all this I was forgotten by the rest.
Just a lost leaf caught in the cold winter breeze. Never knowing when this madness will end.
I was never one to hate, never raised my fists in rage.
I was taken for granted and used because of my naive childlike nature.
Soon the child withered and died cold and bitter like one abused and alone.
The one you used, the one you abused is no more.
I’m at the edge and there is nothing you can do.
The scars never healed over now there’s nothing I can do.
Caress the blade across my vein...

Tomorrows Mystery
Fragile lives like a crystal chalice
Easily shattered like so many dreams before
Scars harder to mend trophies of the past
Small reminders that only the bearer can see
A story untold something seldom shared
Perhaps this one is a song to sing share the pain we can all relate
Hold your head high and look to the future
There is still plenty of room for adventure
So pack your bags we will go a sailing chasing the sun across the horizon
The wind will whisper our heart and sing triumphantly
We will never return

Darkness carries me away
Smash your head against the cage
Red rain clouded eyes
This porcelain mask cracks
The pain blends with the scars
The reason for the suffering
Long forgotten
Self loathing no longer needs a reason
After all it is the season
Believe what you will
Sanity will be back in five
Perhaps never to return at all
Doctor sedate me
Or these demons will escape me
This tedious grip on reality
Slipping
Futile Struggle
The edge beckons me
The abyss ready to embrace
Darkness carries me away

Blossoms and Butterflies
Take flight follow the cherry blossoms sweet scent to guide you through the night
Intoxicating aromas and sensual bliss come behold the refreshing warmth
The suns warm smile ah how I enjoy basking in the light lazily laying
Carelessly caressing my fingertips gently through fresh leaves ah simple pleasure
Gently like the soft breeze the cherry blossoms dance their brief waltz
As the wind carries them away longingly I wish they could stay
Butterfly flown by look at you so fragile and delicate
Timidly investigating these new intriguing surroundings
Fresh out...

Limbo breaks
walking across
that endless bridge,
gaze at the foggy horizon,
no end in sight
feeling lucky
lets take a gamble.

Aim
Fire
I can dodge bullets
and slip the noose,
time withers thin.
let’s see if you
can get a grasp
on that laughing face
weep as freedom runs
away where did it go?
In your heart you know the truth.
Love died many moons ago
cynically you hold hope,
the demons you tried
so long to contain
know that hate reigns...
