Welcome to the Rock Show
Feel the roar of the crowd?
Feel the adrenaline in your soul?
Hear the wailing scream in your ears?
Welcome to the rock show!
The band takes the stage
wild expresions upon their face.
The crowd screams in anticipation
for this band dressed in leather and lace.
The singer turns to the crowd
with but one thing to say.
"Are you ready to rock?"
Then the band begins to play.
euphoria sweeps the crowd
like the rising frenzy of an acid wave.
Music is their drug of choice
and their souls will never be saved.

Dogs of War
We fight for freedom.
We fight for glory.
We die for our country
and they tell our stories.
Dogs of war.
that's the name we are given.
but it takes a certain man
to live the lives we're livin
Heroes of the trench.
Defenders of the just and true.
we are the slayers of evil.
but does that make us evil too?
We are dogs of war.
bending to our masters will.
We are awarded medals
for the countless we have killed.

will be with me til i die.

Look above your head.
See the clouds in the sky?
Would you like to fly with me
up to the heavens so high?
This is impossible!
Preposterous you say.
But I my friend disagree
its but a toke away.
Breathe the smoke in.
Let it heal you to the core
its already turned your frown.
Would you like some more?

The winds of change are blowing
I can feel it in the air
I've waited for this my whole life
but what do I do now that it's here

You are no longer a man.
You no longer have a name.
You are now a pawn
in an international chess game
You are but a number.
a machine serving your masters will.
We will erase all of your emotions
except for the urge to kill
Your life means nothing to us.
You are no different from the rest.
You will hunt down our enemies
and we'll slap medals on your chest
You're told you're fighting for freedom
that your mission is just and true.

Fame, Wealth, Power?
They can all be yours.
i'll grant your every desire
but it comes at a cost of course.

Boredom
Boredom is a starving puppy that won't go away
Boredom sucks up joy like a giant sponge
creeping up behind you waiting to strike
hiding in your room when u turn out the light
Boredom strikes when you least expect it
it takes your joy and leaves you nothing

I ride my black horse through blistering cold
I take the weak, I ravage the old.
Fate they call it. To that i spit
I take them down to hells black pit
they shall burn in the lake of eternal fire
for loving to much of what they desire
I've taken kings and ended their reign

at night i lurk in shadows stalking my prey

The White Mans Greed
Why didn't we see it?
Perhaps we were blind.
They seemed so generous
They seemed so kind.
They came in great ships
from lands distant and far
their skin white as snow
and their hearts black as tar
they called themselves explorers
they claimed they came in peace.
they lavished us in wealth
the gifts never ceased.
but then something changed
they claimed our land as their own
removing their masks of kindness
and allowing their true nature to be shown
they masacured our people
and took from us our land...

Freedom is but a myth, hidden in lies and deceit
freedom is this countries foundation crumbling under our feet
freedom is a bedtime story to keep us safe at night
