Bushido
As I scream on the battlefield,
I twist and pound my sword to the ground,
I shout and lift my sword as a shield,
And to strike my enemies down.
My enemies, they surround me,
My will to fight to the death,
It screams within me,
My sword is drawn from it's sheathe.
A midst a raging battle I stand,
We march into the setting sun,
I'm a soldier under command,
Into the darkening sky I'll carry on.

Ode to destruction
Fomor, Drull, Gorgo,
The titans of yards,
In their wake Pokeys follow.
Your walls, tesla towers, and railguns,
Shall burn in the samurai's path,
As the sparks ignite the battle,
The embers shall never die.
Guardians who have become lost,
Forsaken you have become,
forever your wars are fought,
But we will never stand alone.
The destruction we have caused,
Amid the battle lines,
The havoc we have wrought,
The embers that will never die.

The strike
A flash of light,
Everything goes black,
The lightning strike,
That knocked me back.
I've been torn apart,
I've slipped into a dream,
To give me a kickstart,
I awake, down cheeks tears would stream.
Out of bed I jumped,
I survived a heavenly smite,
I realize as I fall on my rump,
I should recover from the lightning strike.

Wanted No More
You've mocked and burned,
You've shouted and screamed,
Freedom from you I've yearned,
Away from me you've leaned.
I've shown my care,
I've seen your worst,
But others you've dared,
And told me I'm the worst.
The nights we've seen,
The passion we'd once shown,
So quickly You'd leave,
Away from me you've flown.
Into the past you've flown,
Where I hope you stay,
Since then I've grown,
Happy and Alone I lay.
In the past you belong,
Where I look back and learn,
The mistakes and wrongs,
Your touch I no...

Out of Bed
I twist and turn,
between sheets of my bed,
For your ears I yearn,
Before I awake I see red.
The sadness inside,
Can't move, shower, or eat,
From the demons inside,
I look to my feet.
The urge to end it here,
My life is what I dread,
you're so distant and near,
I can't get out of bed.

A Life Saved
I have life,
When I once wanted to die,
I held a knife,
When on the floor I would lie.
You came and let me talk,
You showed me you care,
And today I continue to walk,
Because you were there.
The life I know,
Now has laughter and cheer,
When I was ready to let it go,
For me you are here.
I once held a knife,
There I Had been,
Ready to end my life,
A gift I chose not to take.
When I once wanted to die,
I held a knife,

Angel
The soft touch of lips so red,
The scent of perfume so sweet,
My brain fries and runs dead,
In your arms I feel set free.
When i first saw you,
I wanted your heart,
With Eyes so blue,
They tore me apart.
You've brought me love and care,
you've opened my heart and came so near,
I have found one so rare,
To me who's become so dear.
A special place for you and me,
It is there I fell,
This growing bond that sets two souls free,
To you I smile, young Angel.

Your Last Breath
You lay lifeless and cold,
You seemed so happy and content,
We thought you would grow old,
None to guess you'd put it to an end.
You've tried waiting for death,
Eager like a teenage girl,
As you drew your final breath,
Our worlds began to twirl.
You've cried for one who cared,
You've carried pain too much to bare,
The times I told you I'd be there,
To us your end has been unfair.
You've gone to a land without pain,
With death you now ride,
Here without life you now lay,
You've succumb...

Home
I've seen the fighting,
I've seen the war,
Family, friends, a woman smiling,
Reasons we have fought for.
The war has continued,
We are sent home,
Pushed aside,
Told we're done.
We turn in our rifles,
Pack our things,
And out the door we're hussled,
Only to remember one thing.
The pain inside,
The things we feel,
The demons we hide,
Anger sadness and fear.
Distant we have become,
From others who live,
In places we once called home,
We have been buried alive.
