Looking for a future.

He is just a pauper, preaching from his own pulpit;
All the thoughts he has have grown from his own agony.
Beaten down, but never kept down, he is not in sync.
Living one way; his way. At war with everybody.
One fist holding a flower, with a hand upon his heart;
He has never known a love like yours, so give him your sympathy.
Down on his knees, he is crying in the dark;
Begging for you to just show him a little mercy.
Anti-social, humanitarian ghost;
No longer does he believe in the hope you offer and the joy you see. ...
All the thoughts he has have grown from his own agony.

Him
I and I alone can never be called a clone,
Of a man that I am, for it is here that I stand
And alone I stand telling you of a plan,
That was formed inside a mind,
Skip a line or tell it twice.
Never good enough to just give up,
Never going to give a second look,
At the man who disagrees, who is he?
Who am I? Just a man passing by.
Side by side we live this life,
But we are very different, he and I.
What am I to become?
Just another falling sun?
I pass the time by writing rhymes,
To a beat; I move my...

Dark thoughts
Darkness bleeds into my veins and pushes out my feelings;
All the thoughts inside my brain are thinking about leaving.
Leaving my mind or leaving this world, I haven’t decided yet.
Now I must make a choice as to whether I am going to just do it.
The suicide solution took the blame,
For a child’s thoughts and his hidden pain.
Let it rain on all the happy people, to wash away their smiles;
Let the innocence be lost in vain.
Let the prosecution begin and let our world go on trial.
Do we deserve to live on this Earth or has it...

Blameless
If you want to be glad then be glad,
If you want to be sad then be sad.
If you want to be altogether happy inside,
Then don’t rely on a man.
We are bad to the bone and bad for your soul,
You should just let go and save yourself.
You are blameless and you should go.
We are the nameless and we only care about ourselves.
If you need to be loved then find love,
If you need to be alone then be alone.
If you want to be altogether a better person,
Then delete his number off your phone.
You are bad at...

Jack and Jill : Enter the Matrix
Jack and Jill, took the blue pill.
The truth they cared not for, the truth they ignored.
Their minds couldn't handle, what their brains didn't believe.
The truth stood in front of them, but they knew nothing is free.
They thought if they learned,
What wasn't meant to be known.
They would become slaves and never see home.
Stood on top of a hill, Jack turned to Jill.
Did we make the right choice?
Should we have had our eyes opened?
Just think of all the things, that we could have learned.

Bright light city
Bright light city, shining in the distance;
Bright light city girl, shining in the dark.
My landing light beacon, you give me a reason;
Now I understand just what you could be and what you are.
You are made of crystal,
Illuminate my heart.
Show me the way to go forward,
To find a new way to love your art.
In a world of black holes that swallow our souls,
You have become my guiding light.
I read your thoughts to know what you know
And inside your heart I find a love I have needed my whole life.

Soul breaker
You broke my soul with your lies
And I have been changed.
It’s a quarter to hate
And it’s far too late,
To save us from our soulless fate.
Why do you still talk,
When I have nothing I want to hear?
Through empty buildings I haunt as I walk
And now nobody will ever live here.
Why are you still inside me, when we are no more?
You have broken the last piece of my soul and I wander alone.
Soulmates are supposed to love no other,
But soul breaker broke our love.
Now I have no Queen sat beside me upon her...
And I have been changed.
