what's a miss
Love is real
entwined hearts and mind
side by side love can't hide
a connection so great
emanating what is there
your love and mine
with needs and want
that can not hide
there so hard wired
it can't even be hidden for oneself
so much feeling there
that love is so revealed
it heals life's hurt
it fills all emptiness
that's when real love is realized

Mixed signals
This morning I awoke thinking of you
like every morning since we met
to bring a smile on my face
on I hadn't had seen in a while
it came to me like a flood
love began to grow again
the love I was looking for
one more peace no longer hidden
nothing broken or a miss
in the girl I first danced with
when you look at me as I looked at you
what has went wrong
can I wash it way make you new today
like that pure angel that kissed me that first day
in that wonderful playful day
the passion that was there that day ...
like every morning since we met
