On the page which each poem is published on it says "All poetry remains the property of the writer. Don't use it for any purpose without their permission."
Also when you submit a poem it says "Deep Underground is not responsible for the content of submitted poems. Your poems remain your property. You're just agreeing to allow it to be posted on Deep Underground."
At some point people will be able to delete their own poems, once it's coded into the website, for now people can just contact me if they want their poem removed.
