Too much goes on too fast now. I want to paint but know I'll hardly get started before I need to stop and clean up. Monster of a project staring me in the eyes at work...praying for the holidays so I can put on the brakes, catch my breath and unwind for a few days.

I think I know how you feel, ..once the project is over though, it will be such a weight off your shoulders, and you might even be proud to have pushed yourself.

Every day begins the same for me...meditation...tai chi...walk on the beach...breakfast at a cafe...home for 3 hours worth of study/writing/DUP...some cooking etc etc...I live a very peaceful life...some might say boring lol.

had a longer-than-expected journey by car to go sort a missing bank card (ordered but not delivered weeks ago)... closed road made for a detour, closed post office made for another to a different one where i had to post off some important paperwork to the uscis.
grey skies, fitful wind, not cold though... head pounding, shoulders and neck aching, not feeling great but we got all that stuff done, stopped into Walmart for stuff (some gifts and his mother's xmas food list, including canned fruit cocktail and canned, jelled cranberry sauce--ugh), grumpy husband not feeling too good himself.
finally got back home in thin rain under really dark skies, and packed the shopping away... and found he'd bought us series 8 of game of thrones. HAPPY! i've been waiting months and months and months and months to watch it!

SHIT or possibly shite maybe shitty Tempted by a 40oz bottle of spiced rum, if you open it you have to finish it (Scottish saying) Christmas is a time for enhanced PTSD and thoughts of morbidity, The fight will have to start real soon. My mind was mindful reminding me of my dead pool list and who I would like to kill. It is quite a shortlist, you've got to be a fuck nugget to get on it, but once you are on it, you ain't getting off it. Cried today thinking of loves lost, at least I was inspired to write. At least my care worker made me smile tonight.
Got an offer of work today - 7 nights over Christmas and New Year working the door at the towns only night club, maybe a good way to let off steam,........... the story continues
