Thank you, AEMelia for the contest to allow me to share my poem about the footprints in ash at Laetoli.   The poems were wonderful.  I read each one, and each one again, and in my heart am so very humbled.  The significance of ancestry is one that never eludes me.   Thank you all and all the powers that be there.  Thank you for the win.  I’m really honored.
