I suddenly have writers block
It has come as a quite shock
What subject should I choose?
The list is long enough to confuse

Should I write to further a campaign?
The need for all of us to sustain
The environment in which we dwell
Prevent this planet from becoming hell.

Or I could write on trivial a matter
A few lines of humorous chatter
Or yet about love and a broken heart
How my girl is about to depart

The topics on which I could write
Go on and onward into the night
Sex and drugs and rock and roll
Or nature's wonders, I could extol

Perhaps the choice I should delay
Engage my girl in sexual play
Perhaps this will help to unlock
And banish all my writers block
