Poetry Contest

Reverse a poem from the book "A Light in the Attic" from the number you've chosen.
A Light in the Attic- Shel Silverstein

I wanted to do a comp based off of a book that I have found to be addictive.

The rules are simple, there are about 115 poems in the book.
Pick a number between 1 and 115.
I'll give you the name of the poem and you have to switch it.
PM me if the poem is unfamiliar to you.

Ex: A Light in the Attic/ Nobody's Home

3 weeks
No collabs
Lot's of imagination
Any type of poem and title must be included

How You Have To Get Sparkling Wet Dishes

You turn the faucet on

(little hot, little cold)

Luke warm water pours straight out

(not to fast , not to slow)

You stare down to see the spots

(all piled up to the top)

Take the sponge, scrub and scrub

(dawn better work on this scum)

They all become so BRIGHT

Nobody will expect to see it done right

Everyone will smile, with delight

8 is "The Sitter"
88 is "Ticklish Tom"
I'll let you choose that one.

"Ticklish Tom" sounds exciting. So what I have to do is simply write a poem using the title?

edit: i reread the instructions and it's much clearer now

"Somebody has to"

To switch is to create a poem that has the opposite meaning,  it doesn't need to be the same way as of lines and stanzas.
