Thanks for putting it in brackets, lb, so I get what you're getting at.

ten years, tens of thousands
of one and half second invocations
scratched between cosms, on the felt
of chisel-tipped dipped inks.

sixty, to seventyfive ounces of lager
a dozenish nails drove home by jack daniels
and the wind cries, mary. shelley to the well
enough jump,

found myself in the chair of the tattoo man
with a brand new Magnum 44 marker,
and i'm telling the dude,"brah,
can you do this?" I grabbed a scrap of paper
wrote the name I named myself many years prior
in that butter silk, single handed mastery,
I gave 'em a one and done, which he made into transfer.

Now I have the word RAOSI 2/3, in stark black
on my left forearm. Which is ISOAR, backwards.
The two thirds, is complicated. I do not regret
getting it, in fact it feels maybe more than natural
but I was surprised when I woke up with it.

Thank you, LB.

Thank you to everyone who entered. The quality of entries was truly more than I hoped for and making a decision took a good deal of debating on my part.
Laceyspacey, I think you completely embraced the competition and what I asked for. You were supposed to be a runner up, not sure what happened there.
