Little Hopes
A little bit of pain,
A little bit of hurt,
A little bit of curse,
A little bit of broken hearts,
Doesn't matter at all
If you keep on forgiving till the end !
Some sores dont heal easy
And trials of emotion, really hurts,
Our heart quivers
At thoughts of heinous mistrusts.
Still sun rises everyday
Fading away the darkest clouds
Rendering hope in all.
Few dreams always break away
And whispers of love sometimes ceases forever,
Darkness eats everything around us
And lost ones, like razor cuts
And though we cry, and though we are shattered,
We smile still, because Someone is always above us.
One day all the chains will tear apart
And to pinion us
there will be no one,
And seeking bliss we'll fly forever
Till we reach the Eden of His
Resting in the cosiness of His arms,
We will forever, there, live.
A little bit of pain,
A little bit of hurt,
A little bit of curse,
A little bit of broken hearts,
Doesn't matter at all

Humanity !
We both breathe in the same breeze,
But we are supposed to be different.
The rose smells sweet to you and me,
But the society forbids us telling it to anybody.
We look at the same morning sun,
Birds singing gives us joy,
The twinkling stars in the night sky
Both of us sit in the same bench,
Searching for beloveds we lost
In the same blue sky.
But we never held our hands together.
We try to build separate houses
Even when we cant help sleeping under
the same roof.
We smile when we are happy and cry when
we are sad,
The blood that runs in our veins are red
And the ultimate desire of our heart is
peace and joy.
Still you fight with me,
And I try to kill you,
You slang me
Calling me a strange name,
"Hindu !"
And I call you even when I musn't
"Muslim !"
Why do we hate each other?
Because we call the same God by names different?
Or is it because of the different colours we wear?
But remember my friend,
Whether you call Mohammad, or you trust Jesus,
Whether you follow Vishnu, or believe in Buddha,
The things they have taught us is just one !
There is a Mother of every faith we follow,
And if we must reach divinity,
One religion there must be - Humanity !

I never knew how important family was
Until I didn't really have one anymore
And then I saw I was stuck with you
We may not agree sometimes, if ever at all
But that's the way our relationship goes
I'm just like you, when you were my age
You can't stand it, refusing to let me make your mistakes
I am who I am, I'm sorry I can't change it
I'm trying my hardest to make you proud
Most times we can't stand each other
I guess it's because we're too alike
But I know you'll always be there, to talk to when I cry
You've been the one, to tell me when guys are dumb
Technically, I owe my life to you
If it weren't for you, I'd be a big nothing
I'm sure glad that I'm here
Yes, I am crazy, though it seems hereditary
You're just as insane as me
But you're my closest friend
Regardless of our relation
I know I can talk to you about anything
So thank you for being there
When I needed someone
And thank you for being there
When I didn't want anything to do with you
I apologize now, for the past 18 years
For the hell I put you through
For causing your tears
You've been so patient
Even through it all
And I just really want to thank you
Happy mother's day mommy

A song for Mother's Day
I feel the love you bestow,
Love such unconditional I owe.
Oh mother, though it is painful to give birth,
Vast warmth, a mother still has unearth!
Ease your fear, Oh mother dear!
You shall not shed a single tear,
Of God's loving arms, Daddy's up there,
Underneath the golden sky with angels and flare.
Mommy, thank you for being strong,
Of sorrows and tears you surpassed alone,
Mother's worth can be as lavishing
My verses might not be as promising
Yet I'll sing this song just for you
To my dearest mom made in two,
Forever I will love and Thank you!
Happy Mother's day to you, Mommy...
To my loving Mom,
I know this isn't as much as what you've given us but I've decided to write a letter to show how much my mom means to me. First, I want to say thank you for giving me the ability to breathe, without you I wouldn't be here writing this letter. I want to thank you for my eyes and other features, a lot of people were saying I look just like you. Second, I want to thank you for everything you've given us, for being the best Mom in the world, for being two in one; a mom and a dad. I can't imagine how tough it is to raise three children alone; providing all the necessities, Mommy, thank you for being strong. Thank you for sending us to school, for teaching us, for molding us along with your tender love and care, for imparting us your virtues; I became the person I am now because of you. Thank you for being my best friend, the one I could always depend on through thick or thin. I remember the time when I first had my heart broken, you were there beside me. I had a tough time dealing with everyone, but still you were there, trying to understand what I am going through, thank you for being so patient. I remember the time when we had nothing to eat but a bunch of bread all through out the day. You gave us your share even though you were also starving, thank you for being selfless, for all the sacrifices you did. Not a single word can describe how wonderful and how lucky I am to be your daughter and so I composed a piece for you this Mother's day, a poem that may not equate how much you did for us but still I'm hoping my verses would touch your heart. I love you, thank you and Happy Mother's Day Mommy..

"The Music"
There's music to be heard,
there's music to be read,
there's always something to be said.
There's music to listen
and music to find
that special place in your mind.
It's always in the music,
the tunes you need when you're sick.
It turns you around
just by the note of the sound.
It picks you up off the ground.
There's music to write,
there's music to fly,
there's always something to sing by.
There's music to discover
and music to recover
that special place in your mind.
It's always in the music,
the tunes you need to escape.
It turns you around
just by the note of the sound,
and it picks you up off the ground.

there's always something to be said.
