Save me..
There she goes
Down the drain
Washing all
Of her dreams away
If she would only
Quit with the pot
If only she was sober
More often then not
But she chooses this path
It leads her astray..
But I am her daughter
And I'm not giving up, no way..
I will pull her throught this loop
I will yank away that beer
I wont let her touch a joint
If its the last thing she holds dear..
Down the drain

More often then not
But she chooses this path

I will pull her throught this loop

I wont let her touch a joint
If its the last thing she holds dear..
My arms move against my wish,
or rather, against my command.
Through the blackened water,
and joining both our hands.
Hair that is matted and filthy,
still I'll brush it from your face.
Breathing life into your chest,
until your lungs have steady pace.
No monsters can hurt you if I'm right here,
even my subconcious would save you.
We can rest if you want, if you can.
And yes, dear... I love you too.
Believe it if you'd like,
if you dare, if you wish.
Still, remember who saved you here,
With one little kiss.
or rather, against my command.
Through the blackened water,
and joining both our hands.

Pining for nothing
the words undone
yesterday’s promises
gone to the dusts
Its dead and gone
How trite the sorrow
of promises made
never meant to come true
Standing on this ledge
Between two worlds
To leave or stay
From the 10th floor
To nod to grief
Or fight to live
After so much lies
Where else do I go.
Save me now
O angel of perdition
Fold your wings
over me and soar me away
If to the east
I will return
and to the west
eternal sleep awaits.
Pining for nothing

the few
I see the tides of the water now
With one foot in and another out
Seems deeper now than ever before
My foot can touch the ocean floor
Now as the leaves rest on the pool
Disrupting the starving, gasping school
The surface is playful but dangerous too
The leaves are ripped and remain few
Those few now brave the dangers beyond
The current sweeps, our few are gone

Far from Love or other needs

Only If You Must
I meander across
the wasteland ,
looking at the moss
that's gathered around ,
reminders of a once
misguided ventures lost
good times frozen in frost
lie littered , in no sound .
Silence upon
the battlefield
craters from bombs
that hurt , and I still feel ,
lying at the bottom
are old corpses of a me ,
with the parts that are now numb
from the way I used to feel .
No wind , no dust
in the air at all
just the ground , the crust
of where I always fall ,
I'm covered in rust .
hearing olden voices call ,
save me if you must
I'm trapped alone once more .
