Release and move on. Forgive them regardless or not they've apologized, or asked.

‘The silence is so thick it makes me feel wealthy.’ & ‘In the contemporary world, this kind of stillness feels radical. Illicit.’ From the novel Stone Yard Devotional by Charlotte Wood.

In my love of reading, whether poetry, fiction, non fiction, I sometimes come across ‘a description, a turn of phrase, whatever…’ that stops me in my tracks and these words succeeded in doing so last night. I read the first sentence again and again and she’s right! I’ve experienced that ‘wealth’ though I had never used that word to describe it, but will do so from now on. And I’m sure some will relate to the second sentence that perfectly describes how it feels when the stillness of silence comes up against ‘I must do…’

A fiery Bernie Sanders

To all those ineffectual moaning Minnies forever bleating that "Trump's done this!" or "Trump's done that!!" 'I say this: Get off your useless arses and fight back against him! Trumpism will not be defeated by politicians inside the DC beltway. It will only be defeated by millions of Americans, in every state in this country, coming together in a strong, grassroots movement which says no to oligarchy, no to authoritarianism, no to kleptocracy, no to massive cuts in programs that working people desperately need and no to huge tax breaks for the richest people in our country.

(Bernie Sanders shows the way.
Nice one, Bernie. You tell 'em, lad👍.)
