alan kurdi

it was
stunned
when
instead of
the holy river,
an incomplete
childhood
came floating
in its lap...

BLACK THALASSIC

Lost in its black widow's dark eyes
That storm inches of black tears
Back and forth, where it just lies
Threatening anything that nears
From a distance, I can hear unknown cries
Tell me, what's there to sincerely fear?

I've gone so far into the demons' belly rug
I accept my dreadful, dead-end, fate
Going further, I emerge into its sweet fog
Encountering the dangers of its weight
"I may not waive this place, for I don't belong"
Dismaying my boat, no control, solely, pure hate...

Trapped in a vessel that drifts far away
Anything it touches is simply cursed
Traveling and fighting to break away
Nothing could save it from its strong force.
Its evil toll cast me to be a castaway
High tides, weaken, my boats course

I love the pressure the heavy bleaks rise
The way it dances to my attention
A raging caress that flows to compromise
Deepest meters of the devil's sensation
Calls for torments of thrashing rain in the skies.
Repeating this nightmare over, and over again

Let the creatures sing wails
The connection of its stare
Let them come together the whales
Mesmerizing echoes a distance Farewell

So many times, I keep trying to control
The way it's going with no way to know
It's too ominous, fogg,  and rains insane
I lost my compass; now, where should I go?
I'm scared, I want to retreat through the way I came.
I'd rather go fall into Alice's deep rabbit hole.
Yes, my bitter heart, speaks out so!

The gravity I feel is very surreal
The Black Thalassic of the Seven Bodies
Where rare fish keep their fins still
As monstrous squids keep their appeal
Waiting for prey to come to their seal
No pirates would even dare come here to seek any lost treasure to steal.

But here I am, where winds breeze my stand
Looking for sand for an island or land
I'm just a woman who's brave about this voyage plan.
This is challenging, yes, but I know I can
Never giving up, for my heart is strong with a brain so grand.

I'm breaking through wet giant wings that flap my plate
Dragging me down, but I refuse that Parcae
I'm pulling myself up and all this Great
Losing my grip, as salty droplets, falls into my eye
I feel a faint but not quite yet
As a light spears through my chest, like a sharp razor blade
Waking me to reality in the Thalassics Bay
I see the sun's orb up ahead, guiding me, emerging me, passing darkness to the correct way.....
