Pisces

In the sun as in the moon
Doubling down on my sign
Swimming against a typhoon
These two fish form mine

Within the waters of Neptune
Is the heart of constant dreams
Eternal is this random tune
Where lyrics connect the scenes

Love bubbles through emotion
Multiple forms of adoration
Creative mind constant motion
Simply trying to avoid aggravation

Seeing through all the deceit
Able to expose the truth outside
Collecting every single receipt
Traveling within the mystic tide

The Curious Crab Man

In a world of men who walk so straight
there’s one who sidesteps, never waits.
With a shell so tough yet heart of wonders,
he’s the curious charming Crab Man.

He scuttles through life with a sideways dance,
in tidal pools, he loves to fence.
With pincers sharp and eyes that gleam,
he’s more than just a seaside being.

His stories are of ocean’s weep,
of treasures found and secrets deep.
He knows the waves, the moonlit tides,
in his crabby ways, true wisdom hides.

He’s patiently waiting for the tide,
with a calm that’s hard to hide.
In his shell he finds his peace,
a quiet strength that will not cease.

So here’s to the man who’s like the sea,
with moon’s own curiosity.
He’s interesting, unique, and grand,
The ever-fascinating Crab Man.

A Hairy Aries

Hey! I'm Aries, how do you do?
I'm ruled by my fool head but bold,
where  fools rush in, hey, I do that too
but I have no guile or so I'm told...

I'll not lead you wrong I'll lead you straight
no twists no turns no lies straight and true,
but don't pull me down with buts, I'll fight
to get the job done and done cheerfully or, my name ain't Rew!

I'm relentless in hate, lackadaisical in luurve
but only hate those who are hateful,
and in love can be a bull in a china shop or cooing dove,
or indifferent to loves magnetic pull.

I'm blind to imperfections, I've no use for style,
if I've mucky hands it's coz I'm on the job,
I can whine like most but don't know wiles
and will not tolerate the snooty snob!

I will leap before I look? Nah, I never look,
don't look cross eyed at me cos I'll explode,
and instantly regret that silly route I took
but it's almost impossible for me to be slowed.

And where will it all end, when I'm a burnt out shell,
will I age gracefully or in disgrace,
am I running with scissors straight to my own hell
well, I guess, like me,  you'll have to watch this space?

WATER BEARER'S BLUES

i've got the jug, babe,
if you've got the time
and i've got some strings
if you've got a rhyme
and i've got a pen
to draw you a dream
of utopian peace
or just think up a scheme
and try this
and try that
and do everything
and be all at once,
pauper and king
and dreamer and doer
and maker of art,
a poetic hopeful,
a mender of hearts,
a loner, then lonely
dispenser of blues
then self contained
sparkler
in brightest of hues
who stands for the weakest
and mourns for their pain,
its all in the plan
for Aquarian brains

Evincing the scales

Equilibrium and balance
The chalice of air
Flirtatious
Well spoken
A penchant for flair

Spiritually bound
By the sun
and the stars
I’ll listen intently
while soothing your scars

Adventurous
Curious
With you or alone
Well mannered
Soft spoken
And measured in tone

A leader in life
Will not follow the crowd
I have fashioned
a passion
for speaking out loud

Indecisive
Avoidant
Cannot handle the crass
I’ve objected
the perspective
of walking on glass

Ruled by her Venus
Romantic and true
Forthwith
Impassioned
and fastened with glue

Sensual and charming
A tonic for spice
Alluring
Enduring
A lilt of entice

A cadence for candor
Forthrightly imbued
Live by the moment
Die for the brood

That's of course because your Capricorn Sun opposes your Cancerian Moon! Yipe! Their degrees and houses would depend on the dynamics of the opposition between ambition and devotion! Veddy veddy intellesting.

And, you're very welcome. It's interesting to watch the dynamics of DU emerge!
