and turned away and heard this

it flew up and past me with (I don't
know what bird) in its talons and the
victim bleated! Jesus fck i hate
real life!!

Nope. I’m a wild swimmer. Funnily enough, I often have thoughts about how many duck carcasses there must be beneath me. Murk. Pike. Dead fish. Weeds.
Fills my head regularly floating out there.
The sea is slightly different. You have to learn to respect it. Learn it. Work with it.
But no, I’ve never freaked out. I take precautions. I never swim without a tow-float, a danger whistle, and somebody on the shore.

Nope, but I bought a detector
and applied for a licence to work
the sea shore (or wherever) but
was put off by all the hairy-arsed
fellas ( and women) doing the same.
