This forum is to celebrate the return of Democrats in the U.S. to their former state as Jim Crow, segregationist authoritarians. A previous version of the parties past when they inspired Nazis, setup systemic, eugenic, progressive racism as a way of life and tried to force businesses, churches and individuals to bow to their divisive, bigoted philosophy. A philosophy that was rejected by babyboomer liberals in the late 70s, 80s and 90s that reformed the party into free speech loving, culture affirming Reagan Democrats....That is now gone. Helped by Marxist propaganda and deconstructionist action, the once lawful and respectful party has returned to their Nazi past. Using corrupt government agencies to spy and falsely detain and imprison political rivals, forcing amoral sexualization of kids, aborting the "weeds" of society, socialistic take over of power structures, and riotous, murderous violence upon the society to condition and eliminate their opposition.
Let us now celebrate the return of the Democrat plantation under the guise of equity and diversity, while excluding and providing unequal footing for common people. Next stop...slaves on the block...

Political Prisoners in Biden’s DC Gulag Endure Shawshank-Type Conditions

Just the News
Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene this week claimed to have witnessed nightmarish conditions on a tour of the Washington, D.C., municipal jail that holds numerous individuals charged in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Greene revealed the alleged crisis via Twitter on Friday after touring the jail on Thursday. “I’ve never seen human suffering like I witnessed last night,” she wrote. “While some [prisoners] were shown to us in seemingly beneficial programs, others were in tortuous lockdown.”
“Some inmates were receiving continuing education classes, others were truly suffering from long stays in solitary confinement for ‘bad behavior’,” she added, claiming: “I’ll never forget hearing their screams.”
Greene said she was eventually granted access to visit some of the prisoners from the Jan. 6 arrests. “It was like walking into a prisoner of war camp and seeing men who eyes can’t believe someone had made it in to see them,” she said. “They are suffering greatly.”
The representative said an upcoming report will “outline everything we saw in every area of the jail we were allowed to see, on behalf of all inmates.”
Tucker Carlson
We reported last month when U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth held D.C. jail officials in contempt of court for denying the rights of one of the Jan. 6 defendants, because officials refused to turn over medical records so that the defendant could get proper treatment for a broken hand.
Lamberth asked for an investigation into the conditions the detainees were experiencing at the D.C jail. U.S. Marshals then conducted a surprise inspection last month.
The report from that inspection is now in and according to the judge, it is not good.
As a consequence, Lamberth has now ordered the release of one of the detainees, Christopher Worrell — that man whose rights the judge had already said were violated. In addition to the issue with Worrell’s hand, he needs treatment for cancer. Lamberth said he had “zero confidence that the D.C. jail” would give him the treatment needed and would “not retaliate” against him. Worrell is now on home detention with a GPS monitor.
Lamberth called the conditions in the jail “deplorable” and “beyond belief” in response to the report from the U.S. Marshals
Some 400 prisoners are being moved out of the jail after the “deplorable” conditions were uncovered. According to CNN, the Marshals’ report found that water was being shutoff in many cells “for punitive reasons” for days at a time, toilets were clogged, and an inmate who had been pepper-sprayed was “unable to wash the spray off for days, leading to an infection.”
The D.C. Department of Corrections staff were “antagonizing detainees” and “directing detainees to not cooperate with” U.S. Marshals during the inspection, the agency said, and “[o]ne DOC staffer was observed telling a detainee to ‘stop snitching.’”
The 400 detainees are being transferred to a federal facility in Pennsylvania.
Most of the Jan. 6 defendants were being held in another facility, the Central Treatment Facility, not the D.C. jail.
Paging the ACLU:
Blinken and Attorney General Merrick Garland have turned a blind eye to the injustice of dozens of Jan. 6 detainees still locked up, without trial, often in solitary confinement. Even people charged with no violent offenses are being treated worse than murderers.
Now a group of valiant lawyers for the “January Sixers” have written a last-ditch letter to Amnesty International and the American Civil Liberties Union asking them to “investigate the mistreatment and torture of pretrial detainees held in the District of Columbia jail over the last six months.”
They have catalogued shocking abuses.
……“In addition to prolonged solitary confinement, January Sixers are being beaten, denied medical treatment, denied regular shower access, as well as reasonable access to personal hygiene item . . . It is clear that January Sixers constitutional rights are being violated at DC-GITMO, within five miles of the White House . . .
“This letter is an emergency request to help us put an end to the human-rights violations taking place at . . . ‘DC- GITMO’ — violations which without question meet the definition of torture,” write the lawyers, Joseph McBride Steven Metcalf and Martin Tankleff.
They point out that “none of the detainees or those released pending trial have been charged with insurrection, despite the media, leaders in Congress, and the President of the United States calling it an insurrection. “However . . . our call for help . . . would remain the same. This is because pretrial detainees are being tortured while in federal custody in violation of Supreme Court precedent, as well as the UN Standard Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, otherwise known as the Nelson Mandela Rules . . .
“The Supreme Court . . . has ruled that pretrial detainees, unlike convicted persons, cannot be punished at all, never mind maliciously and sadistically.”
A prisoner gives a horrifying account of what goes on in the prison:
Ryan Nichols, who is a Texan and a marine veteran, called News Max’s Greg Kelly for an interview from a special unit in the DC Department of Corrections where he is being held indefinitely without bail following his part in the Jan. 6 riot.
The honorably discharged veteran is facing charges for participating in the Capitol Hill protest. He was arrested on Jan. 18 and had a lot to spill on the treatment that protesters are receiving while incarcerated and awaiting trial.
“I went through 5 jails within 50 days before finally being locked in solitary confinement for 23-30 hours a day in Washington, D.C. on March 9. We now are allowed 5.5 hours out of our cell each day,” he commented.
He listed multiple things they are not allowed to do while being locked up. Nichols alleged that prisoners can’t get haircuts or shave unless they get the COVID vaccine. He also said that they are lucky to be allowed to cut their fingernails and toenails once a month.
He went on to say that they are given baloney sandwiches for dinner four times a week. The other three dinners consist of peanut butter or turkey sandwiches.

If they speak with their attorney face to face, they allegedly have to go into quarantine for two weeks.
No video visits or time with families is allowed unless everyone is fully vaccinated against COVID, and the list went on and on and on.
“And this is just to name a few things – I could go on. My family has been extremely impacted by all of this. My children are devastated that daddy was suddenly yanked out of their lives without any notice at all. My youngest, who just turned 5, tells me he ‘doesn’t even remember what I look like,’ and wants to know ‘am I ever coming home?’” Nichols recounted.
Rumors of torture and inhumane treatment have been swirling for months concerning Jan. 6 inmates.
……Another man named Jeremy Brown, who was a Green Beret and a former Republican candidate for Congress in Florida’s 14th Congressional District, was arrested on September 30 after the FBI raided his home. They reportedly searched his house, RV, and trailer for five and a half hours. Brown claims he was not read his rights.
His girlfriend told the Gateway Pundit that he was being charged with trespassing, which is a misdemeanor. Brown reportedly stood outside the Capitol that day and rescued a woman. He reportedly never entered the Capitol during the riot and was there to provide security for the legal rally that took place.
Brown asserts all of this happened because he refused to be an informant for the FBI for the Jan. 6 riot. On Monday, he went on a hunger strike protesting his imprisonment.
American political prisoners have been held for more than 8 months in solitary confinement in 7X10 cells for 23 hours a day. These people have not been convicted of any crimes, they are being held in “pretrial detention” for trespassing the capitol halls of corruption on 6 January 2021. Their trials have not been set. They have been denied bail. They are not allowed to meet with lawyers in private. They have one hour a day for “exercise”, showers, and phone calls. They have been denied due process.
The 6 January protesters have been beaten and isolated by the guards. Lawyers for one, a man called Ryan Samsel, say he was beaten so badly he has a skull fracture and is now blind in one eye.
One of them died awaiting trial.
Yet, the Antifa/BLM goons responsible for the destruction of neighborhoods, businesses, police stations, and courthouses, have skated out of any legal consequences for their crimes. The Feds refuse to prosecute.
The home of Thomas Caldwell, a former lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy, was raided by 20 Feds who physically assaulted him, threw him into the back of a cruiser and hauled him off to jail. His crime? Supporting the protest. Caldwell never entered the Capitol building, has no criminal record, and honorably served the country for 20 years in the military, but Judge Joel Hoppe agreed with the government to keep him behind bars. “The conduct and the statements of Mr. Caldwell . . . it really just is pure lawlessness and contempt for laws of this country,” Hoppe said, referring to some of Caldwell’s Facebook posts and texts. In other words, speak out against government corruption and be sent to the gulag.
Enough of this shit. The entire Biden regime, including his goons in the DOJ and FBI need to get another revolution that makes 1776 look like a minor scuffle. They all belong under the fucking prison.

FILE – In this Thursday, June 10, 2021, file photo, a pair of migrant families from Brazil pass through a gap in the border wall to reach the United States after crossing from Mexico to Yuma, Ariz., to seek asylum. Border officials got the go-ahead Thursday, July 28, 2022, to fill four remaining gaps in the U.S.-Mexico wall near the southern Arizona community of Yuma for safety reasons.
As Biden’s border crisis continues, the body bags keep piling up and nothing is being done. Last month, in one of the worst human smuggling tragedies in recent memory, 53 migrants were found dead in the back of an 18-wheeler, baked alive due to extreme heat. This tragedy is just the tip of the iceberg. Biden’s open borders agenda has now all but become synonymous with death — and America last.
The situation is so dire that the Biden administration is taking a page out of President Trump’s book and building sections of the border wall in Arizona, saying it will “save lives.” Two years ago, these same leaders called Trump’s wall “racist.”
More importantly, their move is mere window dressing. It comes too little, too late.
The liberal media barely reports it, but migrants hoist their bags over their heads and wade waist-deep across the Rio Grande River by the thousands every day — because Biden has invited them to. Many have died.
At the same time lethal drugs are pouring across our border and spreading throughout the United States, killing Americans.
Since October, 56 people on the terror watchlist have been caught trying to cross the border between ports of entry — not to mention those who might have already slipped through.
I have one word: unprecedented.
The numbers confirm this. In June alone, more than 207,000 illegal immigrants were caught crossing the southern border, marking a 310 percent increase from average June apprehensions under Trump. Now, roughly 4 million illegal immigrants have crossed the border in just 18 months since Biden has been in office. Unprecedented. And since he came into office over 13,000 pounds of fentanyl have been seized at the southern border — enough to kill millions of Americans many times over. Unprecedented. The fallout is seeping deep into our country.
In 2021, the U.S. reached an all-time high in drug overdose deaths. Yet recently Biden’s Drug Policy Director Kemp Chester said the Biden administration is approaching the drug and opioid crisis devastating our nation’s communities with “action that is bold, far-reaching, and innovative” — though he did admit secure borders would curtail fentanyl pouring in.
Biden’s open borders are by design. He came into office, signed executive orders and dismantled the immigration system the Trump administration built. The magnitude of this crisis simply cannot be overstated. The floodgates are wide open, and migrants surging to our border know that more likely than not, if they cross over they have a real shot at staying in the United States.
At the same time the Biden administration has cut down on prosecuting illegal immigrants by nearly 80 percent. This all but invites more to come. Under Biden’s watch, over 800,000 illegal immigrants have now come into the United States unapprehended — the “got-aways.” We simply don’t know what criminal types were among them — we do know that just since October, there were 56 people on the terror watchlist among the ones we did apprehend. Biden’s callous disregard for public safety is beyond worrisome.
I was once a Border Patrol agent. We need to listen to the agents, not demonize them like Biden and radical progressives like AOC have done. A Texas DPS agent recently said that “nothing has been done. It’s been the complete opposite — it’s actually gotten much worse.”
In April, a Border Patrol agent said his worst fear is “the people coming in … We get prisoners, folks that just got out of prison, sex offenders, murderers, and no idea how many bad folks are coming in.”
“Every day,” he said, “it’s getting worse.”
In July, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas said: “I think that we are doing a good job.” In May, he said: “We do not believe the policies of this administration have caused [the border crisis].” Last October, Biden acted like visiting the border was a nuisance to his schedule, saying he hasn’t “had a whole hell of a lot of time” to go.
Protect Medicare from partisan budget gimmicks
Trump indictment: The political sky is not falling
Clearly, American security and sovereignty are being disastrously mishandled. Americans have been betrayed. And November elections can’t come soon enough.
We will secure our borders, enforce our laws, support our Border Patrol agents, hold Biden and complicit Democrats accountable, and expel with the full force of our dedicated law enforcement agencies those already unlawfully in our great country. It will save lives and protect America.

Oh, jeez, see a therapist, man. For the love of god, getting mental healthcare HAS to be better than screaming at yourself in an echo chamber all day while normal people look on baffled. Get some therapy, find a hobby, step back from the news cycle, it’ll do you good.

If this was a pro-Biden forum you would be jumping for joy in ignorance. I am sure you would love to delete this forum and de-platform all my info like the authoritarian you clearly are. Ad hominem attacks as a reply instead of substance are classic narcissism and leftist brainwashed debating techniques. My country is being raped by Nazis. Your country was conquered centuries ago. I think you are just jealous of American freedom but read Wikipedia and think MSMBC is a news source. If you have no info to add to the thread then leave, leftist.

Just as a matter of interest, and if you don't mind me asking, are you politically active – a member of any parties, groups, organizations etc.?

It’s not an attack, man, and I’d be saying the same thing if this was a “pro-Biden” thread, whatever that means. You’re angrily ranting to yourself on a poetry forum and seem really, really, really angry and hostile and defensive all the time. It genuinely seems like you’re in mental distress. There’s absolutely no shame in going to therapy. I do myself. You can still have your political beliefs and seek healthcare. I hope that you do, you deserve to be happy. xxx

I am independent. I have voted for every major party. It depends on the candidate, not the affiliation. The rino fake Republicans infiltrated the GOP decades ago alongside the neo-liberal into the reformed DNC. I remember the 80s and 90s as a fairly equal time for politics as freedom of speech was protected by slander laws but 230 provisions protecting "editors" online from lawsuits set up the ability to control the narrative with lies. This went into fifth gear in the U.S. during the lame-duck second term of Obama. No one voted for Biden. He was installed, like Hitler. He destroyed our foreign relations, like Hitler. He started the prelude to World War, like Hitler, He has molested immigration and our currency and infrastructure, like Hitler. Gave weapons to terrorists, like Hitler. Created a "Reichstag fire" J6 black op to attack and arrest Republican citizens and arrest political opponents, Just like.... guess who???

Why is anger at the controlled demolition of my country....mental illness? You are not a U.S citizen. You did nothing to harm my country. You are not guilty of anything. I am legitimately upset at my OWN countrymen that have destroyed everything. There is no coming back. I wish you the best in your strong country. Mine has been made weak and will collapse with the dollar... I would be lying to myself if didn't call it out, but alas countries that have presidents arresting their political opponents are always judged as tyrannies in history...

So the sum total of your political involvement is putting a tick in a box once every four years? I would have thought that someone who holds such strong opinions as you do would have been much more politically involved than that.

I hold strong opinions because I refuse to lie to myself about political reality. I did not inform you of the extent of my political activity because you only asked my affiliation. I have written articles and speeches for politicians since college. But there is little need to state such. The information being exposed is enough. Did you have some pro or anti Jim Crow info to add to this thread? Surely you didn't come here to critique me instead of the subject listed???
