I never thought of it like that, that 'free time' is something that is really in our minds as to whether it's justified/warranted or not. For example, I might work my bollo...socks off & think, ok, now I have earned myself some free time. What shall I do with it? I always hope to write a 'kick-ass' poem that by my standards & by the audience's standards, is the best one. Ok, I nicked that quote from Bjorn of ABBA but it's still a good quote.
