Strangers

poet Anonymous

Lurking Stranger

I wake up, unable to stop sneezing.
I freeze where I sneeze as I hear a chimed “bless you!”

I live alone!

Finally ok to talk to strangers

The one rule that installed fear in a young heart
Dangerous to break
Could be standing next to them but still world's apart
Who the boogy man is no one really knows
 polite as possible
Disguised like the wolf , who wears sheep's cloths
Then when an adolescent enters adulthood
We have to do it
The thing we were taught we never should
Gotta look into thier eyes to show that your focused on thier attention
Better be confident
If you want to make a good first impression
How could I have ever been quite prepared
Now I have to overcome
the thing where it was ok for me to be scared
Thanks for letting me know that
the whole world is full of strangers
Even in the beginning those who I'll know
That danger I used to know turns into anger
For my parents
For not letting me know that one day I'mma have to talk to strangers

Stranger Limericks

She was a stranger when she came to me
Asking to join her for a sexual spree
Soon we were fucking
Our genitals docking
'You've satisfied me' she said with glee.

Whilst sunbathing on the beach in the nude
A girl came saying 'I'm not a prude
Although I'm a stranger
I see no real danger'
Stripped off and asked to be screwed

The Stranger

Oh stranger I see in the night,
What drives you?
I see you from my window,
You’re draped in black,
And you wander the streets as if lost.

Are you lost or perhaps searching?
Are you afraid of sleep?
Are you going to heaven or hell?
Are you a scourge or a saint?
Are you even human?

What compels you?
Are you a thrall to the moon?
The night?
Are you a villain of the city?
The dark?

What possesses you?
What fuels you?
I think I must know,
So I open the door into the black,
Now I’m a stranger in the night too.

Hospital Lights

I saw a picture
Of my mother from when I was young
And although
She is a part of my life
Now
I did not recognize her
For her disappearance
From childhood to adulthood
Left her a stranger
To who I was
And in a way
To who I am
