[ Quick Note]: I would like to dedicate this poem to Prince.
He truly was an amazing and unique artist that will never ever be forgotten.
And will forever be loved and cherished for his music and memories.

You left your mark on us as you were memorable.
You would dress in purple satin with your high heels and black eye liner on,
You'd string that guitar in your hand as it weeps your song in every cord while you strut sexy on stage.
You were the epitome of sexuality, when you pouted your lips and cried in such high pitched moans and groans.
Gyrating your hips to doing your splits, you generated the passion of the music through you.
You had the mind of a true Gemini who could camouflage through your creativity and make it beautiful.
And it's such a shame we lost you.

A little man with a whole lot of sass,
You were blunt and had that 'don't care' attitude.
But at the same time still managed to stay humble in your own way and that was damn admirable.
You reigned supreme over the years from when you were singing "Darling Nikki"
To when you became your own artist you were iconic in everything you did and no matter how controversial you were you still were going to do it.
But each day you're gone everyday it'll rain purple rain for your memory can never be forgotten.

I know times will be changing and I can't be wishing for too long for it all to stay the same especially now that you're gone.
But it is too unthinkable to imagine your presence no longer here,
Your voice no longer heard,
Your aura no longer felt.
It is just too uncomprehendable to ever possibly be thought of.
So is it possible to keep you here when you're up there with the angels?
Or could it be just insane?
