Watch Yourself

Hard to believe trust can be mistaken as a weakness,
It seems meaningless to most as kindness is thrown out the window.
You tell your brother you love him,
But he ends up in bed with your lover,
So you kill him and her.
It never occurred to you whether if it was wrong or right,
It wasn't even a fair fight.
Late one night you were out with them trouble makers,
Little did you know you were about to meet a faker.
Make you take the fall for a drop,
Cops catch you right on the spot.
Stop right there, should've known you need to watch yourself.
This type of shit is bad for your health.
You don't think it makes a difference do you?.
You wanted wealth so you put your trust in a complete stranger,
You barely find out you're about to get your legs broken for not paying him back.
Boom!, there is a surprise attack.
Next time you should learn how to watch your back.
You hit the sack with someone you just met,
He gets you to do anything he wants as he said " you're important to me"
when really you should of known he was just some other dog gettin' his bone.
Nine months later, junior pops out and he wants nothing to do with his kid as he's claiming it ain't his.
Stop right there, should've known you need to watch yourself.
Secrets should be kept on the shelf,
Can't trust anyone as they come up with scandalous things,
Crazy things to pin on you,
To make you look stupid,
Do what they can so they can get what they want.
Stop right there, should've known you need to watch yourself.
