I started writing poems when I realized that I no longer loved my husband. I have been writing ever seen then. Reading back over them is like a timeline of my life. I tend to write more when things are not going well. There was a time when my poems and thoughts were influenced by heavy drugs. I found this site and thought it looks like somewhere I would fit in. I do not want to censor my thoughts or words in fear of offending someone.
