I have been writing poetry and stories since I was 13 years old.
I have never shared my writings until 2017, encouraged by another poet.

I write because sometimes I have too many words in my head.

I am currently in the middle of writing a fiction/fantasy book well I have been writing it for three years, I get bored very easily, one of my downfalls in life!

I have a mix within me, some days I am dark, some days I am light, and those days in between, I believe I have found perfection........ perfection is in the eye of the beholder.........

I am an ordained minister, but with all religions you are judged, my religion is to love all and not hurt another........ to be honest at all times....never judge....... so I am trying to be that person, so please don't judge me on my darker days, because my lighter days carry laughter.

I am a big believer in what is meant to be, is meant to be, so I am here and looking forward to hearing your feedback and reading some stories and poetry, something I don't really do either, so this will be an education lesson for me.
I am also looking forward to connecting with like minded people.

I was looking through my old diaries the other day and came across this, its about 20 years old, almost older than my son! Enjoy.

A Never Ending Journey

A never ending journey
Knowing not where it begins
For life's light fire is burning
As the starlight gazing in
For if this ending journey
Was to start and then to end
To end would be beginning
To start would mean the end
