I am trying to rewire my thinking,  My perception of the world is negative and hostile.  I feel safe only at home, getting out to do things I once enjoyed seems impossible but I push myself.  I like scuba diving, under the water I find peace.  I enjoy reading and writing.  I sleep a lot hoping to fly in my dreams.  
I'm glad I found this safe place to share my thoughts.
