Call me Drew, Please lol
For I've been called Andy once too many times.
Word play and the act of describing the world around us in a new light entices me. As a kid I was at my core a dreamer. I still am. I wanted to do and be everything. As I grew my dreams were struck down like falling stars in my heart. This world that was so illustrious to me gave head way only to trials. My dreams fell to bills, goals displace by imminent needs, and yeah it's a whole lot like many other stories. Living dirt poor and moving to new homes more often than there were happy stable pauses, was my story. Though It took me a lot longer than it should have to realize that having dreams doesn't make it real. That It's the fight that you'll take to keep it going that makes it true. For until it's hard won and you're bloodied holding it in your hands; dreams are only as good as the fat we all claim to lose each year. Hi, I'm just Drew and believe it or not I'm actually an optimist. In the end no matter what life throws at me I am just another dreamer and my fight isn't over yet....
