I’m Chloe Holland, a writer, poet, musician, and artist based in Cape Town, South Africa. I founded Holland Design and Letters as a creative hub, but my heart beats for HOLLAND HEARTLINES—a space where I pour my soul into raising awareness for mental health, empowering women, and offering a safe place for survivors of trauma.
I’ve always believed in the power of raw, unapologetic expression, whether through my words or my art. My poetry dives deep into the veins of human emotion, exploring pain, vulnerability, and resilience. I write to connect, to heal, and to remind others that they are not alone in their struggles.
Through HOLLAND HEARTLINES, I’m building a community where stories matter and voices rise from the shadows. I want to empower others to transform their pain into strength, just as I strive to do in my own life.
