of freedom
i am
in mind
younger
than
in body,
so many
thoughts
possible
like sunsets,
such wisdom
to bless,
adventurous,
a dreamer,
sometimes
i take
my chances,
leave myself
open-minded,
nothing
shameful,
embarrassing,
i am not
opposed
of freedom.

What Would You Bring To Your Table This Holiday
Come and dine at the offering bestowed from my table
Sweet words softly given sweeter than the taste of maple soothing elements to the mind ordained from birth past the first steps of the cradle
The offering unto your palate from centuries ago told
Close your eyes as my incantations from the seventh dimension of time have spiritually caressed and physically consoled
Dwelling in the dominion in the hues of midnight
Baring the burdensome credence of me, myself and I, walking the naked journey as you give authority to the...

The Fork, The Fire, The Flame
Ideas, impressions, sense refined,
A mirror held to humankind.
Passions burn where reason treads,
A slave to what the heart has fed.
Virtue, vice—no logic's claim,
But echoes felt in pleasure's name.
Hume’s tools cut through belief’s facade,
To find no truth in man or God.
A mirror held to humankind.

Knowledge, "belief" and TRUTH
Belief, the spark that starts our chase,
Truth, the light we seek to trace.
Justification, the proof we claim,
Together they build knowledge’s flame.
Belief in what we think we know,
Truth must follow, or it won’t grow.
Justification always leads the way,
Or else our truth begins to sway.
Belief, though firm, it can lead astray,
Truth must be present, come what may.
Justification, always clear and bright,
Brings our darkness into light.
But luck, like shadows, bends the line,
Truth may falter, knowledge...

Bound by Time ...
We are all brothers and sisters through time,
no matter the generation before or yet to come,
we share the same thoughts and feelings.
Just as you feel when you look out into the oceans and watch the waves,
this was how I felt.
Just as you experience frustration in the tangle of everyday life,
I too lived in days filled with frustration.
Just as you are one of many in a crowd,
I too was a face among the countless.
Just as you are refreshed by the river’s gentle flow,
I too was cleansed and renewed.
Just as you seek relief on a...

Have You Smiled Or Even Laughed Today
Naked reflection mirrors the truth of one’s soul. It’s the pivotal time in your life when you stop, turn around, and glance upon the necessities you have taken to bring the presence of the soul to such a point in time.
I have been blessed to have enclosed the aura of my being with great minded people alike, and associates of greater affluence and keen intellect, but is this all my essence, what my creed stands for, shouldn’t there be more to me, if all possible, on this green earth.
I am finally realizing materialistic gains is boundless, and it does not...

A Portal to Imaginations End ...
Through the Avo green ferns, the bushes, the ancient trees,
a green building rises, clothed in olive hues,
its glass windows reflecting the whispers of leaves.
The door stands wide, an invitation wrapped in light,
a flamboyant couch waits, adorned in vivid patterns,
like stories etched into fabric, each thread a tale
of minds cradled in comfort, hearts alight with wonder.
Inside, authors spirits adorn old oak shelves giving the air a scent of the timelessness of their presences,
the shelves with books of all sizes, stretch to the ceiling like tall...

The Agnostic’s Paradox: A Dialogue with Socrates
In a garden shaded, wise and deep,
Where silent thoughts like shadows creep,
A question echoed through the air,
What is truth, and who will care?
A stranger came with searching eyes,
A soul unmoored, lost in disguise,
And saw, in Socrates, a guide,
A sage who asked, but never lied.
“Tell me, great sage, what can you know?
Is there a truth that we can show?”
Socrates smiled, his eyes aglow,
“A question asked, yet more to go,
For truth is like the wind you feel,
Invisible, but it’s so real.
It moves us...

Reflections of the Summoned
The world of man is a canvas of paradoxes filled with absurdity and contradiction, stretched apart taut between light and shadow, the known and the unknown.
There are those who walk in this mundane world, this reality might seems as solid as stone, but in truth, it is porous.
Unseen to mortal eyes, the spirits of the Goetia roamed the peripheries of existence, their essence seeping into the cracks of human desire, fear, and ambition.
In the chambers of their ethereal court, the 72 gathered as the...

Deep underground real poets live
It's safer down there than above
They don't conform to the general view
And search for the meaning of love.
They write with a view from the lives they have lived.
Torn, shredded, healed and still here
Deep underground real poets live
Where they write without favour or fear.
Who ever runs the show blesses you all.

Sanity
We spend our whole adult life
Distracting ourselves from losing our
Sanity
Some are just better at it than others
Some of us just give in
Lyrically Inclined
