Jupiter Series: I, Wherewithal
Space is capable of movement
despite having no body
and is read as connecting carbon
-dating of events. It takes a part
in what is inherent opposite
in some tangible thing else; everything
but itself moves at the speed
of years and when a fin first takes
to land Space follows. Its tool
must be the fanciful shovel
or the hitch. Space inhales
in the unfettered hand. It also
informs us of distance about “yeh big”
by the eye that uncovers the cellular,
an amendable amiable discourse ...

cottonwood
flank muscles right quick right now
natural like a contract initialized
however the horsefly raises flack
a banter of swiping heads or tail
if only the brain could switch off
an idea as the horse twitches
a mitochondrion web of feeling feeling
round round presses the clop clop
of our soul skull penned in
(yelling (yelling) yelling) into
the bytes of existence
i pluck away a cottonseed
its white felt nervous
capillaries absent a grey mass
...

One Winter In North Wales
The temperature dropped to -19c
I ventured out into it
Dressed like a yeti
There was no wind
Everywhere was frozen, and still
And a strange silence, as if sound had frozen
Then i remembered a science documentary
Where a scientist demonstrated in temperatures the same
As we now had in the village
Firstly throwing a cup of cold water into the air
Then watching as it fell as water to the ground
The part of this demonstration that wowed me
Was when she threw a cup of scalding hot water into the air
As it fell to the ground as snow!...
