A Saelkie Tale
Drifting out on wind and wave
From the saltine sea to the darkest deep
I saw her rise from an angel grave
Emerged from the deepest Saelkie sleep
When her seal skin shed on the sandy floor
Twas a fiery auburn maiden freed
Her heart was unlocked through an open door
And bound in matrimonial deed
He sought to steal her oily skin
Transforming her to human kind
Then fire and prophecy within
Saw marriage forced by legend’s bind
With her spirit trapped, she could not flee
Away from Celtic mountain lands
Nor...

Lady Of The Flow
the ginger silky hairs
freely swimming in the airs
beholding the waters aflow,
it seems she cares
when the winds blow
and her soul she not bares
too much shy, she not dares
or scared if the sea would know
secrets she hides
i would then go !!!!
too much care i have
too much love, i crave
a smile of her sweet lips
how strange she behave
its what in my heart rips
lady of the tide how you come and go !!!
your waves, they sometime overflow ...

she's quite pretty and light like atmosphere
relaxing in her lounge,within ambiance fair
typing or screen touching, in the naught care
aware a fire out her box, showing no fear

Aquamarine Kingdom!!
Shackled and in chains ⛓!!
Underwater with restraints!!
Like, lost spirits and deities, the fallen one's who remain trapped under the Euphrate's!!
A river of sin, since the beginning of this marine kingdom, bound and seldomly found, free to Rome the Abyss!!
With all the sharks and all the creatures out of the depths of darkness!!
Of this deep blue sea, when washed ashore with all it's vapors and mist, magically it appears!!
This aquamarine kingdom, out the blue, like 👍 💙 a mystical myth!!

Song Of A Sea Siren
Can you hear her calling you, an old voice on the wind,
Listen to the haunting tones speaking of places you have been.
Whispering loudly, stretching out to you, from across the sea,
An ancient voice that will sing softly of your history.
Singing of your loneliness, your hunger and your pain.
Crying to you, 'Come unto me, in your heart I will remain.’
You feel the ribbons pulling you into her sheltering arms,
Knowing there is comfort you, in her beauty and her charms.

A Mermaid’s Diary (A short collection of haikus)
Forbidden in tide,
Swam your Pacific again
The sea died tonight.
Sirens croon your vow
Shells warble you, last decade,
brooks guide me afresh.
Dampened memory,
Breathing oxygen to me
I've bubbled in your eyes.
Scintillated howl,
Caterwauls filling your void,
Blind me in this eve.
Misted coins you left,
Stabbed beneath the crescent pearl,
Wink in failed yearning.

Mermaid hair
I dyed my hair today.
Just the bottom six inches or so
of my hip-length, reddish-brown
crowning glory.
It's a guilty pleasure
that I only discovered in my 40s.
The pleasure part is simple:
I have red, purple, blue and turquoise
giving an overall effect of mermaid.
It makes me happy
because who doesn't feel brighter
when they're a little bit Mermaid?
The guilty part is a secret:
the reason I dyed it today
is because it's slightly rebellious
and for the first time ever,...
