Tearful Trail
Only the strong will prevail
on this tearful trail
where tears make it muddy
every single step the ruddy
Forced on for these long weeks
along with the Cherokee and Creeks
heading further out west
without food, water or rest
On and on for days without end
with a resolution that will not bend
to these most dire times
defying all sentimental rhymes
Even though it was long ago
my tears continue to flow
when I again remember
pain with its enduring ember
For all that remain are the names ...
on this tearful trail

every single step the ruddy

Eroticism of Violence
She tripped on someone’s bad idea
I suppose it hurt some
maybe she’ll let me taste the blood
and tickle the big guns
Shooting dope and wearing clown shoes
she falls on her big red nose
testifying that’s she’s dumb
behind the make up
She looks good wearing red
no need to kill her
but I might still
She slips on heels and eats some boots
so her teeth are bleeding
I want to strip away her veins
and drink pain from the flies
Malnutrition, I taste the bones
I still feel her on my tongue ...

Blood Moon's Curse
I feel myself slipping
The pain of my flesh stripping
The bed of my nails splitting
Veins in my heart ripping
Myself and wolf mixing
Cartilage and bone committing
My facial features shifting
Humanity slowly drifting
Changeling thoughts spinning
Man and beast kissing
The taste of blood gripping
Sniffing
Spilling
The pain of my flesh stripping

Dead To Me
The stench of your composure
Sealed your coffin of closure
The tea party is over
Every bone has reaped exposure
That gurgle you speak
Which you think is interpreted to me as speech
Dive to their deaths off your beak
Drowned in your bullshit creek
Every advance you make is cold
A candle snuffed out but never old
Always ventured-never sold
Guilty ridden-predatorily sowed
Sealed your coffin of closure
The tea party is over
Every bone has reaped exposure
That gurgle you speak
Which you think is interpreted to me as speech
Dive to their deaths off your beak

Native Sky
I now sit beneath a native sky
reflecting upon the past
how it did not last
without ever answering why
Despite all of this deep pain
for a people displaced
for a culture then erased
to allow some manifesting gain
But each angry red sunset
reminds once once again
dips deep my lone pen
writing lines I dare not forget
About what it means to lose
the dreams of a lost land
to be dismissed out of hand
forever unable to freely choose
Never again able to now face
the future...

Bury Me Alive
My life is now forfeit
Benign of any existence
An unholy vessel gone morbid
Rapidly retarding at the account of her distance
Rabid paranoia
Engross my brain
Her and I were earth’s only sequoia
Embalmed through the ashes of deaths domain
We lived a thousand lives
And died ten thousand deaths
She was the first of my wives
The only one to sustain my breaths
I was her ruler
The right hand of Satan
Left hand of God’s skewer
Two pagan deities forsaken
Our love was the epitome of evil
Transposed through light and...

Ignite
Light the sky and hold on tight, the world is burning down" ~ Shawn Colvin
Malevolent ideas form then rise
towards these darkening skies
just awaiting a match
awaiting a light
To finally ignite the night
in every wicked hue
when any one would do
would simply suffice
Like a burn from dry ice
to leave some scar
to remind us just how far
it has gone
Well beyond truth
well beyond trust
crumbling in the silicon rust
of a digital divide
Leaving us...

k- The Ways The Mind Poisons The Heart As In The Heavens As On The Earth
The nature of Magik is pure. The nature of those who invoke it is ... suspect at best. To wield it creates a responsibility. Though most invocations are neutral in this, conjuring a cloak or summoning an article of clothing, some tend to fall outside this area. Altering one's perception or reality. Manipulating one as a puppet, Enchanting, carries more serious affects.
This never stopped those who use it from carrying out dastardly deeds and might explain the Karmic effects befallen them in later times. The divine ledger, as it were, checking off each box as appropriate to the...

Revolution
Darkness guides this lost one.
Done and done, tried and true.
Who could have seen this coming?
Summing up every single injustice;
was this punishment of a past life lived?
Combative, but I have nothing left.
Theft by your sociopathic mind.
Bind me, as of now; I befriend silence.
Violence still lives here.
Fear me once I catch my breath;
death will be what you will pray for.
The core of my essence rejuvenates.
Hate me, but you have made me this.
Abyss, gather my lack of pity.
As witty words fly from my lips, ...

Power Of Hate
Hate is certainly a strong emotion.
It doesn't take much effort, but devotion.
It's like you are going through the motions.
And a black mist blinds you.
It doesn't let you think straight.
And it's easy for it to find you.
Maybe it's like a dark cloud in the sky.
That can spread,no matter how or why.
Maybe a black mask,facade.
To something so much deeper.
Maybe it's our demons.
Dark instead of covered in glitter.
The taste of hate is strong and bitter.
It can be hard to shake it off.
It feels like...

Blanket
I cleared the last of my things
from grandmother’s house.
Drawers coughed up receipts.
The closets held the breath
of people who died standing.
And there—
your blanket.
Folded like a flag.
Too clean.
Like someone still believes
you’re coming back.
It smelled like you.
That synthetic, animal smell
something that wouldn’t be washed.
I hate you.
It fits in my mouth like a coin.
My body remembered you
before I did.
Knees gave.
Teeth locked.
