Dear Father
Because I am always
Worrying too much about me
My Father
I also worry about my health
Constantly
I want to improve my health
I still go for my shot of ozanpike
Every Friday morning
I inject the ozanpike on my tummy
I am slowly getting used to it
Also every month I take my shoot
Of abilify on my hip
The ozampike cuts my appetite and keeps
My weight down
Yes father I am so fat still
I am dying to lose weight
AND I know it is harder to lose weight ...

Fruitless Season
Fruit sweet and ripe, out for the picking:
not a single branch on the tree hangs bare--
but idle hands turn up empty,
nothing gathered to savor or share.
Unused baskets collecting cobwebs,
sit forgotten in the dusty shed;
the hammock strung in the shade of the tree
rocks gently in the breeze beneath my head.
I wake to the sickening smell of rot,
my precious fruit scattered on the ground--
I shoo the swarming bugs from their feasting,
but not one untouched piece can be found.
My stomach turns, consumed with regret ...

Boasting ego
Is there substance to your success

Stay practical and go numb because emotions are anchors

If pennies buy thoughts how much more for a soul
As if currency is enough to purchase...

Woes of an Relationship
I heard all you said/ I hope you got all that off your chest/
I hope you got all the emotions out and you got nothing left/
I hope you feel good about yourself and you can lay your problems all to rest/
With the smoke and dust at your back I'm sure you have no regrets/
All this time you wanted a punching bag/
so you can strike on it to compensate for the pain that was caused from your
pass relationships, friends, mom or dad/
When you let loose there is no white flag/
I'm sure this is what you meant when you said I'm a man you have never...

There will come a time in each of our lives, when you have to make a decision that will affect the very foundation of our life and lives. 🤔 That will change us in ways that you could never really imagine. 🙏 As it comes in your life as a blessing in disguise, for the elders say that no one is sent to you by chance or Accident. The clock’s teeth grind,
against your broken smile,
time's brittle spine,
hands tick-tock-tapping like the nervous cough of God.
The city hums a hymn of gasoline prayers,
each flickering streetlight a confession undone.
I saw a man in a window’s shattered grin,
his shadow whispered, "Can you save, but nobody here.”
The pavement drank his bloodshot dreams,
left his soul dangling from a rusted payphone cord,
Outside a shattered phonebooth.
