The Whore of Babylon
Mainstream witchery
Spellbound delusions broadcast
Playing with serpents
Summoning presence
Dimensional pentagrams
No cure for demons
Inside of the mind
Pulling desires cycle
Social emotion
Covetous glory
Presentation imposing
To leave impression
A scarring conceit
Marketing bestial lies
Passing down hidden
Hungry monkey thoughts
Inclination directly
Taking center stage ...

Act
Lingering within,
Temptations appease,
Like listening to wind.
Believing in lies,
Wearing masks appeals,
Like cheering performance.
Fame and fortune sought,
To become gambled,
Like rolling snake eyes.
Dancing with statues,
Hewn grey built handshakes,
Like a graven loss.
Earthen accolades,
Monumental show
Like echoing chambers.
The funeral dirge,
Hearse and casket,
Like roses to play.
The curtain fallen,
Impromptu intent,
Like empty motive....

Serpentine scholar
Servile sway
Study the snake
Prized recoil
Split decision
Granted a token
Forked tongue
Smothering spell
Dust lapped
Inward language
Broken character
Sliding spine
Vanity gathers
On the surface
Mazes ground
Cracked and dry
Bare bones
Hide wilderness
Back and belly
Dagger pangs
Eyes like dice
Storied reptile
Mirror shatters
Death glance
Hinging pose
Hypnotic trance
Graven grey

An Exorcism
We waited until he came home
and tied him to a chair.
We knew what had been going on,
and weren’t afraid to tell him so.
He said he didn’t know
what we were talking about
and I, I must confess, faltered
a moment on seeing him so scared,
our 16-year-old son. But we held firm
in faith and carried on, we knew
he wasn’t like the other boys,
and hadn’t been since 12 or thereabouts.
The moonlight came in slats
between the bars
of our cellar windows, high up and rectangular,
like heaven’s watchers keeping time.
I...
and tied him to a chair.
We knew what had been going on,
and weren’t afraid to tell him so.
He said he didn’t know

Christ the Gardner
Ever since my accident
I had Jesus Christ (JC) become my Gardner
he's a slaphappy messiah
all he wants in life is kool-aid, scratch-offs and cigarettes
oh and he enjoys calling up Lucifer (Satan) to meet him at the bowling alley
the priests throughout the neighborhood dislike him
probably because he don't follow all the rules and guidelines,
that are scripted in that fictional book called the Bible
none of the nuns don't like his message (nuns have no fun)
those wrinkled up penguins
flock to my home to get a glimpse of him
their turned...

The IA
The IA
The Thing, AI, looked like a young man of thirty or so
all human knowledge it has obtained
it could talk about everything, say, philosophy
politics or art, a learned public speaker
but it could
not produce any new ideas.
It had learned certain emotions, smiling
or showing
sympathy and even say kind words
talking to it can be unnerving if you say anything
new, it will repeat what you said and store it for
future use should a similar conversation crop up
Animals know who is a human
seeing it, they will ...

A Hidden Master
How long unseen?
How long indeed
Mighty his thoughts, lonely his soul
The Master’s sacrifices were great indeed
Atonement of itself
Imbibed into refraction
How long unseen?
How long indeed
Gravitas immense
Unkind flame, dwindling in sight
Yet unseen, burns bright
With waxen hands he builds
He weaves all that others graciously accept of him
Into something great, he knows
How long unseen?
How long indeed
Hidden in the shadows of your ideas he grows
Plucking at the notes ...

Devil
I want to know you
I want to control you
I want to show you
I want to de-soul you
I want to lay you
I want to use you
I want to betray you
I want to abuse you
I want to employ you
I want to advise you
I want to destroy you
I want to despise you
I want to excite you
I want to thrill you
I want to ignite you
I want to kill you
But
Angel bet me
You won't let me
I want to control you
I want to show you
I want to de-soul you
I want to lay you
I want to use you
I want to betray you
I want to abuse you
I want to employ you
I want to advise you
I want to destroy you

Morbid Tales
When fire leaps from the northern mountain
roaring hellfire awaits
servants of sorcery
diabolical
rage on the heavens
the rites of their crosses
smashed down
the pentagram burns bright
darkness shall be eternal

Obeying & Violating
God told me to murder my teacher, I did
God told me to murder my priest, I did
God told me to murder my parents, I did
God told me to avoid prison, I did
God told me to commit suicide, I did
I think in my next life I'll worship Satan
