Lust and the Devil
I am told that the devil is a name
spoken only by the wicked and fearful,
a shadow cast on by the soul's yearning,
an accusation that stains the lips.
But yet they speaks of righteousness,
when their body trembles with desire?
"Who then amongst you dares to call lust a sin or immoral, when it beats like fire deep within your soul, the pulse of your life itself, breathing flames into the hollows of your hungry heart?"
It pulls the heart, it stirs the mind,
A craving wild, a tie that binds the blind.
but in its wake, the soul...

The Silent Cartographer
In the realm where shadows softly hum,
And silent whispers through dreams come,
A cartographer maps the soul’s great maze,
Charting the truth in moonlit haze.
A predator looms, fierce and wild,
The untamed fear of a guarded child.
Chased through woods of fractured thought,
By shadows of battles never fought.
An infant stirs, fragile and new,
The seed of beginnings breaking through.
Its cries echo with tender grace,
The yearning for love’s eternal face.
The faceless runner on twisted lanes,
Fleeing...

Origins of Consciousness
Seems it happened long long ago, In the distant remembrances of dying stars, there was a divine race who once roamed,
their world a dieing baron forgotten dream, falling in self made destruction, fraying at the edges of itself, a civilization poised on the edge of extinction.
They looked to the heavens, searching for a way for restoration, a source to revive their beloved home, they looked to the cradle of a new beginning, to Earth.
A garden untouched, its soil rich with secrets they could harvest, its sky ripe with possibilities they could bend. ...

A dysfunctional family life

Seeds
The bee and the flower, how could either know
that because of their little dance the world lives?
Writing words is like waxing one’s carrot, to borrow from a colorful George Carlin metaphor. One sees something and it sets off a spark in the loins. What are words on a page but the end result of the same spark? and what is a sperm cell that is produced without first being a very pleasant hit of dopamine .
This is our process, displayed through a billion variations on the same life-giving theme and force.
But for every word written in this single suspended...
