Just A Sip
Pass me a swallow,
Let me drown in my sorrow,
We'll worry about today tomorrow,
I'm not an alcoholic,
Just in need of a stiff drink, a straight shot,
Then things will be better though, they're really not,
A swig of liquid courage,
To get me through the day,
Is all that's required, then I'll be on my way,
Don't stress about it,
I won't drown in the stuff,
I swear I'll put it down as soon as I've had enough.
