Dance On Your Grave
She whispers in you ear,
Promising you love and laughter,
You're quick to belive her,
Ignoring her trail of slaughter,
With just just one look,
You were quick to be hooked,
And the day she stole that kiss from your lips,
You're soul was hers forever.
You never knew she was empty,
That her heart had long died,
But she wasn't hiding it,
You just chose to be blind.
And now as you lie,
Silent and resigned.
As they lower your corpse,
She cheers inside.
She was out for the kill,
And she was quick to succeed.
With your heart in her hand,
She was in the lead.
And now as your body lays,
Dormant and still,
She dances on your grave,
Looking for her next meal.
Promising you love and laughter,
You're quick to belive her,
Ignoring her trail of slaughter,
With just just one look,
You were quick to be hooked,
And the day she stole that kiss from your lips,
You're soul was hers forever.
You never knew she was empty,
That her heart had long died,
But she wasn't hiding it,
You just chose to be blind.
And now as you lie,
Silent and resigned.
As they lower your corpse,
She cheers inside.
She was out for the kill,
And she was quick to succeed.
With your heart in her hand,
She was in the lead.
And now as your body lays,
Dormant and still,
She dances on your grave,
Looking for her next meal.
